So disappointing Jimmy Johns. Work in an office, a designated lunch time and we ordered at 11 for order to be delivered at 11:30, still waiting. Was told not enough drivers. We would have Picked up had we of known. 12:10 still no food. No more freaky fast! Wouldn't even give discount. Shame on you!

This is some kind of remote location of J&J and I asume that because of the location I did not see people dining in. You get the same standard good quality sub of J&J that you are getting it at any location (or almost any location). What I think that makes the J&J sub to taste that good is the fresh bread and this location it has it. The location has a patio too and I sat in beautiful weather and enjoyed the sub. And the service is fast ...Parking: You are using the Metro Center huge free parking

One of the better locations. Friendly service. Delivery is usually FREAKY FAST. Drivers are always really friendly. If there ever is a problem they will rectify it quickly.

Went in this afternoon. The guy waiting on us bordered on rude. The bread is sooo tough hard to eat and the price was 21.00 for just 2 sandwiches. I could have gone to hyvee and bought the ingredients cheaper and not put up with attitude.

Took an hour and 20 minutes for delivery. Very unacceptable. Definitely not freaky fast. The service should be much better when paying $22.00 for a sandwich and chips.

They want almost 27$ for a giant combo. I can get the exact same thing in Morton for 17 bucks, don't go here, would give it 0 stars if that was an option. Charging 2$ higher than any other Jimmy John's around. Waited for almost 15 minutes and they barely got our order right ?♂️?♂️

Just had Jimmy johns delivered to my work, the driver wouldn’t even get out of the car, had to walk up to her driver side door, to which she only opened the car door just enough to get the bag of food out, while on her cell phone the whole time. Find that to Be horrible customer service if we’re paying for the delivery fee and a tip.

This is a quick in and out stop for me. There is sit down dining if you are interested. The people are always nice and the service is great and fast.Kid-friendliness: They have kids choices.Parking: It's right across from the entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a sidewalk that has a handicap entrance and exit right by the restaurant.
