Sandwich was made without the avocado (that is an extra charge). Took 25 min in the drive through with an app order. Then charged $3.50 for 2 sides of ranch. $45 for over rated, super slow lunch that was not made correctly.

The worse customer service in a drive thru ,don't try paying with cash because they are to stupid to give you change ,also very rude if you pay with a $50 you will be asked to take you money to a bank to get change ugh they are ridiculous 😑 🙄 and they will let you know they are a franchise so they don't follow corporate rules 😉 🙄 .This is the worse Jimmy John's Store don't give them your business!!!

First time I was here I was double charged for my order. Just ordered again after several months and a turnkey sandwich, chips, and a drink was over $15. See picture of the sandwich I got. Never going again. I work across the street so this is very unfortunate.
