Easily the best steakhouse in Peoria. Feels as if you're in a fancy restaurant straight out of a movie. Also fantastic steaks and classic sides.

The atmosphere was great fulfilled with kind staff. The restaurant had great food and would definitely go back if I knew the service was better. My party had to wait for at least an hour for our food. The service was not too great; however, I feel and hope that it was just that day.

Waitress was friendly. Decor showing a lot of wear and tear and dated. This visit was birthday/valentines on the 15th. My ribeye was so full of gristle/tendons couldn't eat very much and was extremely hard to cut. Didn't look like a typical ribeye cut either. Husband ordered the fish special, the sauce was overly sweet and fish tasted like a salmon patty. Have to pay extra for garlic bread. 45 dollars for a tough ribeye, baked potato and salad was ridiculous. Have always heard great things, sadly a major disappointment.

Stopped at Jim's while visiting for a concert at the civic center. This place was excellent! Ambience was that of an old timey supper club. We were able to get in without a reservation and sat in the bar area. The service was very attentive and the portions were great! We had the calamari as an appetizer and being from the chicago area, it was a ton of food. We ordered the prime rib and the filet mignon and both were cooked perfectly. The seasoning was excellent and tasted great. All the entrees came with bread, salad and a side of green beans. This place is a hidden gem and a must go if you find yourself in Peoria. Great food and great ambience!
The food was not great for the price. I had a filet mignon cooked medium rare and it was dry and flavorless. The service was really bad. Our waitress was short with us and rather rude/snobby. Not only was she rude but she forgot to give us our payment back. We sat at our table for 30 minutes waiting for our card back and she acted like we made the mistake. She didn't even apologize. She wasted a good part of our evening. Overall it was very underwhelming and I don't think I will be coming back.

Great birthday experience for my husband, Jim.Good food, great service, wonderful food.Do miss their lunch service and buffett. But as with all things post-pandemic, there are changes.But it is still one of the better places to celebrate an event.
The food was good but not worth the price. The atmosphere was very dark but fine and the waitress we had was terrible. She was very not friendly and had a very flat affect....we almost felt judged for some things we ordered or didn't. I probably won't return.
