The kfc website is promoting a 5pc nugget free when you spend $10 or more when ordering from the app LITERALLY EVERYWHERE from YouTube ads to TV commercials. I'm going to save you the hassle of having to deal with anyone at this store specifically with any questions about the app. One would assume that if you have EYEBALLS and a brain that when you look at someone's order total and it's $40 they qualify for the promotion, right? Wrong! I called the store because the app isn't allowing me to get the 5pc nugget free as promoted when you spend over $10, I asked the lady if they could just fix it in store since I obviously spent over $10. This woman told me she couldn't help me at all and I'd have to call the 1800 number?? imagine me sitting on hold for a 5pc nugget that THEY are promoting for free! Not my problem the app is glitching. Why do you have humans working I. Store if they don't have the ability to fix minor issues like a free 5 pc nugget? I don't even know who to be mad at honestly but yeah don't waste your time trying to get any logical answers from anyone working in the store. Just call corporate!

Ordered ahead, 8 pc original batter fried chicken bucket with mashed potatoes, gravy and cole slaw. It comes with 4 biscuits. Best fried chicken I've had in a long time!. Reminded me of the old KFC.

Gave it a go, didn't get half of my order. My gravy was spilled all over my bag and when I called to tell them what happened they acted dismissive like I was the problem. Not worth it.

Cost $20 for 8 pieces of chicken with ne sides. Asked for original but chicken was so dried out we couldn't tell whether it was original or crispy.. horrible, I hope ti never go to KFC again, ar least my wife won't be asking for it anymore.

Due to water shortage they're closed today. Every other business around them has water. Stay away from liars that are ALWAYS out of chicken.
They are closed at lunch time with no note on their un plowed and full of ice drive threw. What a joke.

We went here yesterday, and our experience was terrible to start off the employees were very rude, there were no form of child seats high chairs or boosters, we found plastic in our Cole slaw, we asked for extra sauce that we had paid for and the employee said no and walked away. This place was awful and I typically love kfc hopefully you guys can figure it out.

Stopped in for a #7 pot-pie combo (x2) and were informed it was not available. Love that at the dinner hour. We substituted another meal choice & took our HOT food into the dining room. There was no heat, and it wouldn't be serviced for another day. 20° outside, the dining room was 58° and from chairs, tables, and tile floors were like a walk-in freezer. We left & warmed our food later. When I called today to kindly report the conditions, a morning manager by the name Kim was a complete boor : no apology. Seems like she missed "Public Relations 101" during her training. Avoid this franchise location.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 piece bucket. When I made to the window I was informed that all they had was white meat and I immediately said no I don't like white meat. Then I asked how long would the wait be for the dark meat and she (LaDonna Carter) told me twenty minutes and that was a straight up lie!!! It took OVER an half hour and my order wasn't right! The bucket has old pieces of white meat at the bottom and dark pieces on top. The meat looked like it was cooked in old grease! It was dark in color and greasy! I called them and they tried to tell me that I did not specify my order!!! This is the worst KFC I've ever been to!!! I will Never go back there for anything!!!!
