This Kroger has been going down hill. Often only has self checkouts open. Doesn't change sale signs promptly, resulting in mislabeled prices. Customer service is awful! I was mischarged by more than $13 on buy 2 get 3 free chips and told that 1 must not have been included in sale (even though all had signs on them), and they refused to issue a refund.
This is such a mismanaged store. I was there at 5 on a Friday. They literally had no checkers and the self checkout was 15 deep
Do not use Kroger delivery through Instacart! I ordered 46 items, only received 3 items. Charged $10 delivery fee and showed up 2 1/2 hrs late. Kroger would not take responsibility nor would Instacart. Had to reorder all my items and be on hold for over 45 minutes. Waste of time, energy, money, and shows how poor their service is.
