Decent selection and price, but.....
If you want to get thoroughly pissed off, go through their checkout with a lot of items. Anybody that shops there knows what I'm talking about.

My husband, daughter, son and myself went last night, everyone was very nice polite… until we got to the register. We checked out Eli, the cashier told us our total, paid with our card and we walked out. Got out to the car a realized we didn’t get our receipt, so I went in and got it. The bag boy wouldn’t look at me and couldn’t find the cashier so someone else grabbed it for me. On the way home I was looking over my receipt and notice 5 snickers bar that none of us checked out with and that our total was about $7 more then he told us. we get home check all the bags, no snickers bars, so my husband drives back to the store. Ends up talking to I believe her name was Debbie in the front and she kind of blows them off refunds us the money. Moral of the story make sure you’re checking your receipt before you walk out and we will never be going back.

Karen is absolutely an amazing employee! She’s always welcoming, kind-hearted, and always does a wonderful job assisting the customers. She truly is an outstanding employee that makes this Kroger’s run smoothly and efficiently!

I remember when this used to be the nice Kroger. Nowadays the floor is always sticky. The bathrooms are always covered in filth. There is only ever one check out lane open, usually with the world's slowest cashier, no matter how busy they are. For the record, I don't blame the employees. Krogers pays minimum wage and forces employees to join a union that is in the company's pocket. Such a massive disappointment of the Kroger that once was.

This Kroger has been going down hill. Often only has self checkouts open. Doesn't change sale signs promptly, resulting in mislabeled prices. Customer service is awful! I was mischarged by more than $13 on buy 2 get 3 free chips and told that 1 must not have been included in sale (even though all had signs on them), and they refused to issue a refund.

Good for fresh vegitables and fruits. Longer wait time at checkout compare to other stores.

Cashier at Pharmacy was extremely rude. Has attatude. I only needed 2 or my 4 extremely and she rudely told me that I should have told my doctor that and it was going to be extra work for her to remove the 2 I didnt need. She asked if i wanted to use the card on file. I said no and she said well why is it on file then? Then the computer she was working on needed to be rebooted. She told me I would have to wait for the computer to reboot and could not leave. I told her it was ok and I understand. After the computer was rebooted. She vocally gave me a price of $6.38. I knew my meds were only $1.55 a peice so I asked her why it was so high. She said the price is the price and told me to pay. I said something seems wrong. She told me the price was on the pinpad. The pinpad said insert card and no price. I said it doesnt say a price. She then started slapping the green and black LED sign above the pinpad and said its on there. I looked and it said insert card or push cancel on the sign. I said its not on there ether. She looked at me and sighed like I was dumb and told me its there sir. I said its not. She then said its only $3.10 and was I going to pay. I said you just told me it was $6.38. She said no I didnt. I said yes you did and this was why i was confused. She said well are you going to pay. I said yes now that the price is right. I put my card in and the chip malfuntioned. This happens sometimes with my card. Normally it would be no big deal and I would run it again. However the cashier was complaining the whole time about the card. The card went though she handed put the meds on the counter and I guess she wanted to get one last word in so she muttered I think canned air will fix this one. Very rude and bad customer service.

Sadly I will not go to this store again, badly managed. One checkout lane with 12 to 15 angry people lined up across the front of the store. Self check is a disaster, good luck if you have fruits and vegetables, it will take at least 2 calls for help from the attendant. I complained to the company, I’m still waiting for a reply, ha!

Lots of empty shelves with no products. This has been very common at the Kroeger on N. Knoxville everytime we go there.

Wasted half hour trying to download stupid digital coupons, then after scanning the coupon, found out it was no longer valid. I will never use digital coupons again, and they are needed for lower prices I will quit shopping Kroger and go to Aldi or Walmart
