Would not go there people are very rude. I did not realize they were already closed. Their open sign was still on. They got so mad at me. They just told me they were closed and I understood but they were mad not worth it.

Would love to give zero stars, but alas, one will have to do. I’m quite sure Little Caesars doesn’t read these reviews, if they did, you’d think they’d do something about the rude lady that’s mentioned in a ton of reviews.
Besides the lady being incredibly rude, the pizza was awful. Top was burnt, bottom was mushy and I don’t think they even bothered to cut it. Yuck!

The cashier was extremely rude to a African American man who was there before I got there. She made him wait longer than me for his food even though he was there before me. Then when I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni pizza she gave me a full pepperoni pizza. I went and asked for the correct order and she got extremely rude with me.

They are quick even when walking in
My husband went to pick up our order and the woman behind the counter had a serious attitude and even yelled at him. She was extremely unprofessional and rude when he was trying to tell her the name the order was under, cut him off several times, and raised her voice to him even though he was not responding to her in kind.
The store was busy so our order was late (the lateness is not part of what I'm reviewing, FYI), but the same woman also neglected to tell my husband when our food was ready. I actually had to text him to let him know when I received the email because she just stood there, not saying a word to anyone.
On top of that, one of our pizzas was seriously burnt to the point of being inedible. This is just shameful customer service, and I'm waiting to hear back from corporate to get my burned pizza refunded.
It's not the first, second, or even third time I've had a bad experience at this location, but this time the behavior was too much to ignore. I cannot recommend this place.

Slow, foul mouth, unfriendly, disrespectful, nd uncomfortable staff at the hours of 12 to 8 pm every time I pick up a delivery theres some sort of attitude, disrespect or terrible language coming from the staff

First of all the pizza used to be $5 a large box and was good. Back In 2014 , but now the prices are sky rocket high! Then the pizza isn't fluffy anymore its a flat card board styled pizza. Then we get to the inside where the front manager was one of the most rude employee I've ever seen. I would never let someone run an operation who acts like that. Mis informs customers and has attitude with every word that comes out her mouth. I'd rather by a tombstone pizza at krogers than go back there. Bring back the old employees and pizza! 🍕

Went to place an order 2 large pizzas with zesty bread and breadsticks, I had to call them around 6:45-6:50ish just to see if my order was in the oven. I picked up my order way before pick up time, got home (we live 10 mins away) pizza was cold and hard like it’s been sitting there all day. Husband went up there for a refund and for them to remake and the manager refused to do both! They said I placed the order around 2:15pm when clearly my screenshot says order placed at 6:14pm they put it into the oven at 6:58pm it was ready by 7:04 (I work at the next plaza over) so I arrived around 7:10ish. Pizza shouldn’t have been hard again as if it’s been sitting there all day. Manager was very rude, wouldn’t refund the $23 we spent. Kept saying I placed the order earlier in the day. Then when I called up there they kept saying my order was coming up under a different name, screenshot shows my name and the time I placed the order. Manager was holding a cigarette while there was customers in the store. Very disrespectful and very rude.

It was very dark in the establishment and dark outside as well. The pizza also tasted like cardboard
