The GM is TERRIBLE is this what u guys call customer service or being an employee of business . First off . She’s feels the need to use no gloves at all thing whip hands on paper towels to take order . She has a daily attitude . I seen random ppl walk in the back with her mostly her family while a rush is going on . Sheridan is the new location. I can Guarantee There ROI is in the negative with this gm and I seen her taking product while closing . Now I can’t say the other employees that we’re working in there are too young men, and it’s normally a older lady they wear gloves

First time at this location. Pizzas somehow were overcooked with burned cheese on top? Ingredients were all near the middle. Staff was nice and friendly though. I appreciate their app so I can walk in, enter my number, grab my food, and walk out.

Took almost an hour to receive an order of cheese puffs. They need to have management in there or close the place down if they don’t have the people.

Very bad experience. Manager was rude when we asked why it was so greasy had to call the corporate office would make sure that anyone that orders from here checks there food really good. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Definitely not gonna order from this location again ??

A higher up needs to come in and clean house. Slow, lazy employees that come and go as they feel like it. Little girl at the front desk was handling money and going to the back to eat food while we were waiting 30 minutes for pizza that was supposed to take 15 minutes, or better yet be hot and ready. Never did I see her wash her hands. Terrible service and lack of sanitation or care for customers.

Walk-in to get a pizza the lady that waited on me was rude and had an attitude like she did not even want to be there I'll never take my service to any of their store locations again. I have bought a lot of pizzas from them for parties and for my business they will no longer receive any business from me.
