Pizza was hot and not too greasy. Crazy bread was cooked well and hot also. Gentleman who helped us was friendly.

I went there 2 different times that day to get the thin crust hot & ready and they were sold out..... lol
But when I did I bought 2 of them
Vegetarian options: They have a Cheese hot & ready but it doesn't seem to sell as fast so they look tough & terrible. They need to cook those differently.

Was told it'd be a 15 min wait on my order. No problem. ...except after 20 mins, the pizza (supposedly oven fresh) was below room temperature!

They load the pepperoni up on the pizza so much that you almost can't see any cheese, and they cook it to a greaseless crunch. I don't know how they do it, but it's great. The cheesy bread is also cooked perfectly. Never too doughy. Always a garlic-buttery snap into a soft, warm pizza dough melange. They're perfect. Their oven chef has got a serious knack for it!

manager/supervisor woman was the worst. after 30 minutes of her sitting at a computer on the phone instead of addressing a customer... i ended up leaving without my order.
Person working the front was RUDE!
Had a major attitude!
When I called to be reimbursed for an item I didn't receive, she said she would have to cancel the whole order.
Her words!!!
You got your pizza and everything else except the cheese sauce, you straight.
So I'm just out my money that you took with no problem but unable to return it for an item I was charged for and didn't receive.
I'm very confused and disappointed.
Very bad customer service and management skills.

Stopped by this location with free item coupons since my son was the Little Caesars Youth Hockey Player of the Game at a Rivermen game. The worker at the counter took the coupons and showed them to who I assumed was the manager. The 'manager' was on the phone sitting at a computer... she looked over the coupons on front and back (as if she'd never seen them before), then looked at me, nodded yes and motioned like a 'one moment' gesture. I waited over 20 minutes for this woman to come over and do whatever she had to do to approve these coupons and she never did. The cashier walked over to her several times in attempt to remind her I was still waiting. I finally had enough and told the cashier I'd like my coupons back and I'll just go to another location. She apologized and I replied, "you're fine, it's not you." Looks like other reviews have had issues with this manager... maybe she needs to be evaluated... because apparently she has no idea how to use a computer system or provide customer service.I took my coupons to the Sterling Ave location and they didn't even get a manager... they handed me the items and I was out the door in 30 seconds.I'll definitely be going to the Sterling location first next time. They seemed to have everything ready to go and 2 people helped get my items in an incredibly speedy fashion.
