I usually like Little Caesars, but this visit really missed the mark. The pizza just didn’t taste fresh — the crust was chewy, the sauce was barely there, and the cheese didn’t have that usual pull or flavor.

I ORDERED 3 LARGE PEPPERONI AND SAUSAGE PIZZA'S, WITH EXTRA PIZZA SAUCE ON THEM ALL. AFTER BRINGING THEM HOME TO MY FAMILY, ALL 3 WAS DRY AS COTTON AND NO EXTRA PIZZA SAUCE. I CALL THEM AND LET THEM KNOW THAT I ORDERED EXTRA PIZZA SAUCE. WE COULDN'T COMPROMISE. SHE SAID THERE WAS PIZZA SAUCE AND I SAID THAT I DON'T SEE ANY. I would give this location 0 stars if it would let me leave the review without giving any stars. My husband and I went in and ordered 2 pep pizzas, 1 sausage, crazy bread, and cheesteak puffs. The only thing that needed to be cooked would be the puffs. We sit inside waiting for are food as we were told 15 min. We watched the restaurant full up 3 times and them clear out while we continue to sit and wait for our food. Finally after waiting 30 min and seeing everything going on we were pretty upset. We were never asked what we were waiting on or even acknowledged sitting there until we got up and starting asking where our order was. There was no trying to make it right from the woman in charge as she said she felt we were being rude. Hmmm rude well let's see who wouldn't be upset waiting for food watching everyone else come in and get served as we are left to sit and keep waiting. Just got attitude right back from her. I'm okay with that but as my husband run our own restaurants we know that's not the way things should be handled. I was upset bc I was left sitting there like they didn't care while every worker stayed in the kitchen not knowing anything that was going on. Just saying real quick way to run off customers when they are getting service like this.

Asked for crazy bread and pizza puffs to be cooked alittle longer with extra butter and parmesan with the understanding it would be 20 min. Was asked after 20 min if I had ordered the well done bread I replied yes after 30min order was complete We always order this way received order BREAD and PUFFS under cooked WHAT A JOKE !!! Same order placed same location a few days before NO PROBLEM WHY WOULD I EVER GO BACK ???

I mean, it's hard to criticize $5 large one topping pizzas in 2025, that's a great deal. My order went smoothly and their Pizza Portal pickup system worked well and is perfect for anyone who doesn't like face-to-face interaction. 😅

I ordered from here last weekend and got a stuffed crust cheese pizza. After eating I realized large parts of the bottom of the dough were raw. Sure enough I ended up being sick for the next several hours. I called the store the next day and the woman said her manager would call me back. It’s been 4 days and no response.

I went today to buy a pizza that was half pepperoni and half pineapple and they gave me a mixed pizza and more pineapple than pepperoni. I asked for it half and half because my children are allergic to pineapple and luckily for me they gave me a mixed pizza. This time it's the second time this has happened to me. They always do a good job and I never have any problems, but this time it's the second time they've given me the pizza however they want.
Pizza was hot and not too greasy. Crazy bread was cooked well and hot also. Gentleman who helped us was friendly.

Vegetarian options: They have a Cheese hot & ready but it doesn't seem to sell as fast so they look tough & terrible. They need to cook those differently.
