Little Caesars Pizza

Food was hot and ready soon after we pulled up to their convenient pickup window. I can't fault the atmosphere it's a pickup style pizza chain but the times I've been inside it's always been clean and there is a restroom but no seating to speak of. Service has always been fast and friendly. Prices are competitive with other chains and the food is decent quality for the style and price.

For the past few weeks pizza has been better than usual. I always order on the app and pickup in the portal. Pizza is ready on time and is a good value for your money, especially with app promos codes. The pepperoni stuffed crust is amazing!

Poor management, guy in ponytail just walks around with his thumb up his ssa! With headphones on, fired.But ultimately the pizza was good, i ordered a three meat.

Please see photo. This is the ExtraMostBestest® Pepperoni pizza. Paid $9 for it.
Went to pick it up, looked at it and pointed out that it was supposed to have extra pepperoni. Evenly distributed and maybe an inch from the edge. This one had most toppings more than 3 inches from edge, and vast areas near center with no pepperoni.
So I courteously asked the young lady to remake it. She said it would take "7-9 minutes".
20 minutes later, she wordlessly handed me this pizza. It was THE VERY SAME pizza she'd handed me 20 minutes before!!!!!! She ACTUALLY took the pizza back to the kitchen, waited 20 minutes, then brought it back out again.
Here's the thing: this level of disdain toward a customer is not uncommon these days. I have no way of knowing what motivated this/these employee(s) to behave so contemptuously. But sometimes a pizza isn't just a pizza. It might be ordered for a birthday party. Or to cheer someone up.
In this case, I was taking this sloppy, thoughtlessly-made pizza to my teenaged grandson... who was babysitting an 8-year-old whose mom was in hospital. We wanted this little guy to actually HAVE a "ExtraMostBestest®" pizza for his lunch on what was an awful day for him!
Instead, I showed up - 20 minutes late - with THIS thing.
We won't be returning to this location. Never had problems like this at the Sheridan Road location!

Just bad customer service. No one that works there is above 18 or 19. No interpersonal skills whatsoever. Crazy puffs are the bomb though.

Call numerous times to get a pizza half hour before they closed and workers were inside not answering phones or doors were also not being answered

manager/supervisor woman was the worst. after 30 minutes of her sitting at a computer on the phone instead of addressing a customer... i ended up leaving without my order.

I have been craving Little Caesars pizza for a minute. Dang, I wish I would’ve taken a picture! I got the slices and sticks pizza, pepperoni and Italian cheese bread. It was sooo good. I was eating the sticks in the passenger seat and fed a couple of them to my husband. It was hot, fresh, and tasted really good. Little Caesars is the most slept on pizza chain. Forget all of the rest of them. For $6.99 +tax that was a decent meal. If u order on the app, they put the pizza in a machine that keeps it warm until u come pick it up. They give u a code to put in and the little door opens and u take the pizza. Also no human contact, and not waiting in line (if there is one) just to pick up a pizza if u paid already. I’m coming back to this location. The one on Sheridan Rd needs to take notes.

Drove about 35 mins for take out because we don't have one close to home. Great food at good prices. The new crazy puffs were delicious. Definitely a new favorite of mine

Came in about 7 pm to get dinner for my family. All they had ready was cheese pizza, cheese sticks, and wings. I come here for the convenience of the pizza being "hot and ready." I don't understand why pizza isn't ready at 7 pm on Monday night football night. People who work there need to have more consideration for the customers and stop being lazy cause they close in 2 hours. Needless to say, I did not get any pizza
