Went for my birthday, and I ordered the BBQ chicken, it was cold. And they didn't take it off the bill. I didn't want it warmed up.i am not going there for a long time. Very disappointed 😔

Took our 5 year old grandson out to dinner. Our waiter was great with him and he loved his spaghetti( he said it's pasta not spaghetti) and Mac and cheese. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the vegetables were steamed to perfection. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends.

Had a horrid experience with the hostess at Texas roadhouse who was on her phone and assumed that i didn't want a table or booth, I asked her if she had room, she said you can go look. I walked out.

Came over to Logan's, immediately trolled TR on their own EP page, was greeted by Aiyanna who immediately asked if I wanted a table or booth. I am currently eating the best filet I've had in a long time, Andrew is a righteous server/bartender and the manager Nate stopped to talk to me.

This crew is rocking it!! Happy Birthday Andrew!

Have eaten here many times and enjoyed a glass of wine with my meal. It was always in the 4 to 6 dollar range. Tonight my wife and I ordered a glass of house wine with our meal. There were no prices on the menu. When our bill came we were charged 11 for each glass. Logans, u are not an 11 a glass establishment. I pay that at an expensive restaurant . I talked to our waitress and the manager on duty and was completely blown off. This is not the Logans we have enjoyed in the past! Won't be back.

The steaks had no zero flavor, were not cooked as ordered. The service was horrible. The waiter had to be asked to clear dishes like the salad bowls, empty drinks, appetizer plates. The waiter only came back to deliver the food and give the check. The manager never came to the table to see how everything was going. The restaurant was not busy at all, and we know why now. We will not go back.

Nathan is an amazing manager..
uber eats driver stole my food and Nathan did an amazing job about resolving the issue even though he didn’t have to but he did!
Uber eats learn better in customer service because you guys need to do better!
Will definitely be going back!

My grandma and I came in for lunch today and there were some issues to say the least. We sat down pretty quick and ordered our drinks. An iced tea and a peach tea. I ordered peach because I am allergic to mangos and raspberries and I just didn't feel like strawberry. So after maybe 10 minutes my grandma got her tea but I had to wait half an hour for my tea which fine whatever. I didn't get it until we got our appetizer. After we finished that our steaks came about 10 minutes later. I ordered medium rare and got medium well but I was hungry cause we had been waiting for like an hour so whatever. Our waitress noticed my tea was almost empty and grabbed my arm to promise that mu tea wouldn't take as long. She brought back a raspberry tea and I took a sip of it. My mouth is tingly as I'm typing this. Overall the service was pretty awful and I'm leaving while having an allergic reaction.

Food has always been good inside the restaurant but the last FOUR times I’ve gotten it delivered it has been absolutely DISGUSTING. They don’t cook the steaks the way I ask, the potato has been overcooked where it’s on the verge of being rock hard. I will go back to the restaurant and try but the delivery where I was spending upwards of $60 I will never again! It’s ridiculous. If the cooks cannot figure out the difference between slightly seared && medium well then they definitely need to under go another training course. Because four times I have ordered and I have to end up putting my wife and I steaks in the air fryer to get them done to our liking. It’s like on the to go orders they just don’t care enough because they don’t think people will complain probably as much as dining in. On top of all that I never get the right stuff weather it be missing sour cream , butter or the getting the wrong ranch for my salad. Their to go and delivery is just awful.

We had an abnormally long wait after we ordered Saturday 8/9. I was never served salad until after my entrée. Our server had to be reminded our food was ready, mean while my steak was over cooked and shrimp was cold. He never cleared anything from the table, drinks ran empty, server was too busy paying attention to other staff. He blamed kitchen for my issues but he simply didn't do his job and had a very poor attitude. No management followed uo when my plate was sent back to the kitchen. So many failed opportunities to make our experience end positive.
