Logan's Roadhouse

In my opinion, this place really could use some improvement. It was our first time here, and we will not be going back. The waiter was very quick and made sure we immediately got a seat, but it took a long time for the waiter to come take our drinks, and took even longer to take our order. I understand they may be busy, but there was only a few other groups there. We got the onion rings and the mozzarella sticks, which were so greasy and oily, it took away from the taste. The onion rings still had a raw onion taste. The appetizers weren't too bad but it was not worth the price in my view. I ordered a medium steak, and it was grey. Another person in our group orderers a medium well steak, and that was blood red. It could have been a mixup and the steaks got reversed, but it was still confusing. The steak was dry and stale, and did not taste very good. I could not taste any seasoning. The chicken tenders were so dry, they were soaking up water from the broccoli. The breading was still wet and stale, not crunchy or seasoned whatsoever. The coconut shrimp was very delicious though, and the atmosphere of the place was amazing. We had baked potatoes as sides, and one person wanted only butter and no sour cream, but it came back with sour cream and no butter. The waiter was very kind with it and changed the baked potato, which was delicious. We also had fries, and one person had just a few fries and the another person had basically a whole plate of fries. Overall, the food was not that impressive, but the service and the atmosphere was pretty good. I would recommend this place if you wanted a not so busy place, but I would not recommend the steak or chicken tenders.

We ordered steaks and Steaks are tender and well seasoned. We love the rolls as well. Our Servers are very friendly and courteous. Had a great dinner here👍

Let’s start with the positives: the waitress was absolutely great. Super nice, apologetic, and handled everything as well as she possibly could. She deserves an A+.

Now… the food. Yikes.

The Dr. Pepper tasted like pure carbonation with zero flavor. Just spicy air. The sodas did get replaced, which I appreciated, but it set the tone.

Then came the ribeye. I ordered it medium rare. What I got was a steak so flat it looked like it had been run over, and it was basically mooing 🐮. I sent it back. When it finally returned—after my girlfriend had already finished eating—it was somehow well done. I didn’t ask for shoe leather. I just wanted medium rare.

At that point, the moment was gone, the meal was ruined, and the steak quality was just bad all around.

Good food and great servers

Took a long time for the server to take our drink order then ,we when got our food it wasn't what we ordered so they had to take it back so it took even longer to get our food.

First and last time visiting! We got carryout and the only thing good was the ribs! They was out of rolls and cheesy potatoes weren't cooked cold cheese on top of potatoes and forgot my ranch for onion rings! And onion rings were super greasy! Would have been good if they weren't. They weren't busy and I still stood up front for little bit before anyone acknowledged me there!

I try to leave better reviews and realize that people are working hard and generally doing the best that they can. The waitress was slow, was rarely seen around the table, had an attitude, talked back to both my wife and I when we asked simple questions about the menu. Sorry we didn’t have the sides to memorize when you were out of broccoli. We were there an hour and 20 minutes before we got our food. I had to track her down to get the bill and then track her down to pay the bill. I actually got up and walked towards the back kitchen area In order to find her since I hadn’t seen her for 20 minutes. She handed me the bill and then I handed her it back 5 to 10 We are not going back.

Out first time here.....Don't bother wasting your money here when there are far better places. First off the chicken strip dinner was extremely hard and dry. Felt like you could break a tooth while trying to eat it. They were out of any type of baked potato and broccoli. The jalapeno poppers and onion rings are really greasy which takes away from the taste. You don't even need teeth to eat the mac and cheese it was so mushy and tasteless. The steak was at least tender and juicy but for being the signature Logan steak it could have been a lot better. It just lacked seasoning in flavor. What's that being said the waiter was fine straight to the point Make sure everything was fine kept our drinks full and what not. We asked for the chicken strip dinner to be removed from our check with no problems it was removed. Everything just seemed like it was cooked without care and rushed. Oh and the tables were sticky.

WORSE BBQ I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME!!! The ribs were hard, tough, bland and tasted old and stale. They were disgusting. The food was cold and not fresh. The potato skins tasted like they were dipped in very old oil and were so hard you could barely break them in half. I wouldn't even feed this crap to the president if given a chance...I swear ...Id have rather tore two 20's in half and flushed them down the toilet before eating this crap again. BEWARE!

We came last night, many empty tables and were told 30min wait, I was already having a horrible day, figured dinner would be a bust... To my surprise our waitress was amazing! Fast and nice! She got the food out quick, refills quick and bread refill! My only regret was not getting her name to give proper kudos!! Thank You for a better ending to my day!

I don't know where to start. Gnats flying around was my biggest problem, I was trying to clap them while waiting for my food. A party of 4, we all ordered burgers and fries, waiting for at least 45 minutes to an hour. It wasn't too busy at all. No crayons with the kids menu, so my little one was a bit antsy. We finally got our food and it was barely warm, that frustrated my middle daughter. Also forgot the side of fries I ordered for my little one, but it was on the ticket. It was removed from the ticket after mentioning it. I didn't think I'll be going back.

Thank you to Logan's Roadhouse and all the staff that greaciously made my Veterans Day even better! I'll be back!
