Waited for 30 minutes never received salads. Requested to talk to a manager and never saw them. Gave up and paid for our drinks, waitress brought salads to the table as we were leaving and THREW THE ROLLS AT US ON THE TABLE. So uncalled for and so rude. We never raised our voice. Only 4 tables on her side the restaurant and stated they were so busy. Won’t go back

This place was just ok. We walked in and weren’t really greeted by anybody. walked up to the counter and the lady behind still didnt greet us, but asked “how many?” I told her 4. The next employee began to seat us but didn’t know where to sit us, she was very nice and apologized and said “it’s my first day.” The atmosphere was nice, menus were easy to read, our waitress was attentive. When I asked about beers, she only knew 4, I then asked for the drink menu I saw at other tables. “Ask us about our local beers” was on the menu. But Bud Lite, miller lite, coors light, and blue moon aren’t local, I may be wrong. So we get our food, and… it’s ok. That’s all I could say about it. Good when you’re hungry, but not great. Portions are small for the price. $100 for 4 people. Again, the food quality was ok, I’d compare it to what you can get in the frozen food section at the grocery store, add some cheese and onions and wallah. So, all this to say, I think this restaurant has potential. I think the food needs a considerable upgrade, the staff need better training in customer service, and something that separates it from trying to be Texas Roadhouse.

We ordered an appetizer of onion rings which came as naked onions with all the batter lying in the tray they were served on. We told the waitress what a sad looking batch they were. She agreed and returned them to the kitchen. She brought another order, which were better, but only 6 on the order. When our food arrived, which took quite a while, most of it was cold. The butter didn't even melt on our baked potatoes. Steaks were also cold. Waitress was excellent, but we won't be returning to this restaurant.

We arrived at 5:40, gave our name and proceeded to wait until 6:30 for a table. We were told it was a 20-30 minute wait. We ordered pretty quickly, and ordered nachos, country fried steak, and the ribs and tenders combo. The waiter asked how I would like my ribs cooked, then showewed me the steak printout on levels of doneness. I ordered a Caesar salad for a side, and couldn't eat it as the salad dressing was sour. We then got our drinks. Our nachos were sitting in the window, waiting to be delivered. When the waiter came to tell us our dinner was coming, he picked up our drinks to refill. When became back, he forgot our nachos and came to tell me they had run out if ribs. This was now 7:40. We stated we would just pay for our drinks and my un-eaten salad. He went to get a manager and didn't come back for 10 minutes....then told us we could just leave. Highly disappointing.

Ordered for pick up, and over all fairly dissatisfying. Steak was poorly cooked, and tasted gross.

Rolls were old, ribs were dry and tough, not fall off bone, service was ok but didn’t try and fix it.
Waitstaff was nice, but service was exceptionally slow. We were there for 2+ hours, and the wait for a table itself was 30 minutes - although there were plenty of open tables and waitstaff standing around socializing. We had to specifically ask for the basics - silverware and napkins, which came AFTER our food was served. It took at least 45 minutes to get our food. The steak had a weird texture and the green beans were cold. The surrounding tables in our section were full of dirty plates when we arrived, and still weren’t cleared when we left, yet there were six employees huddled around the hostess area socializing as we walked out the door. Will not be returning this location, as management is clearly a problem.

I got the chicken parmesan pasta. It’s was okay at first but then I started to puke and it started to smell and taste really bad after my second bite. The noodles were not done and it took 5 min for them to get my food but 20 minutes to get my drink. Overall this food was nasty I DO NOT recommend going again or anything I will never eat pasta and drink Dr Pepper ever again.. do better at cooking and perhaps thinking abt changing the way you guys cook. ITS NASTY no wonder yall don’t have ppl dine there.😹😢
