I ran through the drive-thru and ordered two potatoes, two Cokes, and a cup of cheese. I got home a realized that the cheese wasn't in the bag (rookie mistake not to check before I left) I called and asked if they could refund me or email me a coupon or something and the manager could do nothing. It's not the managers fault of course, McAlisters just needs to do a little better to accommodate mistakes.

It took 35 minutes to get my order of one sandwich. There were only two other sets of people in the restaurant. The staff was rude and unapologetic. Won’t go back.
Worst veggie sandwich every. Out of all the McAllister i tried this location has the worst service and worst food ever. After repeatedly telling them to provide a fresh and proper veggie sandwich, no one cares. I am not sure how else to ask them for a proper sandwich. Out of 7 ot 8 times ordering same thing everytime, only once i got lucky and got a proper veggie sandwich like i get in other places at McAllister...

We arrived at the counter and waited until someone came around. The girl didn't greet us or ask what she could get from us, just a half smile and a stare. My friend asked if there was a military discount, and she had to go ask someone if there was. When I placed my order, I got the pick 2 and mistakenly ordered a side that was not part of the deal. When there was a $5 difference in the price, she said it was tax. I don't know if she was new, or if that's the way youth are these days, but it was really bad service and she had to call 2 different people over to help her out. One of them ( I assume a manager) said prices have gone up on everything, even though my receipt had the posted prices on it. I can't believe that service is so bad with any fast food restaurant, but I will not be going back to this one. The sandwich was decent, but the chili was too strong and tasted canned.
