Food is great of course, HOWEVER be okay with waiting literally foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrr in the drive through for your food. Also make sure your car has working AC, & gas. Slow slow slow hunny. Like isn’t it mostly lunch meat? What are we cooking for so long?

This was just an okay experience, not good, not bad. I ordered the chicken caesar salad, which was adequate, but nothing special. The chicken was cold. Advertised as grilled chicken, was disappointing. It was more like cold deli chicken. The atmosphere of the facility pleasant. The service was neither outstanding nor deplorable. Would I return? I'd be hard pressed to do so when Jalapenos is next door.

Visited today for lunch. Drive thru was down as their system was down. Asked about ordering at the window or coming inside. Cashier told me not possible due to their system. Are you kidding me? Unbelievable.

Employees are always friendly and helpful... good food too. Tonight Brianna and Dale made sure our meal was perfect... another excellent dining experience at McAlisters.

It's Monday January 6, 2025. I am standing inside the corridor because I missed my bus. I'm not hurting a thing. The manager tells to leave. He says they are closed however the door was unlocked. Very disappointed and extremely cold because the manager kicked me out. Wow

My wife and I ordered food from this location through DoorDash and her cup of fruit had mold all over it. Stating that this fruit's been sitting in this cup for who knows how long. Please check over your food before digging in.

You have multiple baked potatoes on your menu, but when I order you have no potatoes available on multiple occasions. It's a basic ingredient for your menu. Get it together.

I ran through the drive-thru and ordered two potatoes, two Cokes, and a cup of cheese. I got home a realized that the cheese wasn't in the bag (rookie mistake not to check before I left) I called and asked if they could refund me or email me a coupon or something and the manager could do nothing. It's not the managers fault of course, McAlisters just needs to do a little better to accommodate mistakes.
