I work late nights and get off around 3am. I made an order on the app and went to pick it up and was lied to at the speaker the first time I came thru. The manager said the system was updating they need about 15min. I wait and go back around just to be ignored at the speaker, ignored at the window for 30mins until it became 5am and she sent a worker to tell me they're now serving breakfast and I can't get my order. That incident was infuriating. At the least, the manager could of been honest, at the most why stay open 24hrs if your not gonna accept customers/orders for the whole 24hrs.

I've had one bad experience here with one older Mexican woman at the end window handing out the food. The young guy that took my order put in my husband's frappe as a coffee by accident and when I brought it to the lady's attention she said sorry, then went on with her business as if I had to keep the mistake. I got her attention and told her that it was for my husband and he wouldn't accept anything else besides what he wanted! She tried to blow me off again, so I sternly told her that I needed the right drink! That if it has been for me I wouldn't care really but it was for my husband to take to work and then I sat there until she went and got a manager that was a little rude herself and I let her know if there was a difference I'd pay it just fix it please and she told me I had to give back the mistake coffee as if I was trying to get over, which I gladly gave her and I finally got what I came for. Other than that I have enjoyed the rest of my drive thru runs. Everyone since has been very pleasant and professional, mistakes have been resolved promptly, food has been hot and properly made and I haven't had any missing items or sauces thus far, and when asked to pull forward and they will bring something out to me that's being made, the wait time was really no time at all! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK PLEASE!

Every single god**** time I make a mobile order, it’s wrong. I customize items and pay extra for them to be the way that they are and they are rarely prepared properly. I’m a college student that has worked in food service before. It is simply NOT THAT HARD to read someone’s order and prepare it correctly.

Worst Mcdonalds ever in Peoria IL. Ordered three meals with chicken sandwiches and all the sandwichs patties were full of Oil stinking as if the fryer oil was not changed in a month. Such a terrible expeirence and it looks like the staff was in half sleep while working.
McDonald's is always going to be on tha list of goodies, and deals.

I will not give stars for service because they are so terrible. I ordered on the app. At the microphone I told them the code and shut the app. They forgot my order by the time I got to the window and the garbage app forgot the code, which wasn't in the receipt or confirmation email. I went inside and explained it to the guy at the register and he asked what the order was for. When I told him he looked at a screen, told me that they didn't have my order and walked away from me. So I payed for food I didn't get to eat. I will never go here again.
