There is an older black gentleman working the first drive thru window this morning an also a lot of mornings. He deserves recognition for his great attitude! He’s always nice and is in a good mood. He’s main reason I come to this McDonalds. If I’m having a crappy morning, interacting with Him for a few seconds puts me in a better mood. He deserves recognition, a pat on the back, a raise…..something. I wish McDonalds had more employees like Him!!!

I've had one bad experience here with one older Mexican woman at the end window handing out the food. The young guy that took my order put in my husband's frappe as a coffee by accident and when I brought it to the lady's attention she said sorry, then went on with her business as if I had to keep the mistake. I got her attention and told her that it was for my husband and he wouldn't accept anything else besides what he wanted! She tried to blow me off again,...
