husband just went there. only car in the drive thru. had to wait over ten minutes to get two sodas that were just carbonated water, fries that were cold and rubbery, yet somehow the condiments were correct. 33% accuracy on over $40 in food. I'm injured and can't cook, but also can't eat/drink this nonsense.

I’ve never had a single order come out right. I’m not a picky person at all and I’ll eat whatever is put in front of me, but this place is terrible. I get the same order every time. Fries and a McChicken. Nothing special. It’s either a spicy McChicken that comes out or a plain one with nothing on it. The worst McDonald’s in Peoria without a doubt. It sucks too because it’s the only fast food restaurant near my work.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered the same meal I always get but was almost 2 dollars more. Tried to explain to order taker that it's a meal and don't ring it up individually. But the order taker doesn't speak English so didn't understand. Then the cashier also didn't speak English and didn't understand. Then the last window also doesn't speak English or understand. I then ask for a manager and Jesus would you believe she didn't speak much English either but I managed to explain it and finally after like 15 minutes I got a couple dollars back. Not going to this location anymore.

But they constantly screw up my order and they constantly leave me waiting. Today I was robbed of my nuggets and don't have time to go back for them before my shift starts. But this is par for the course here.

When you order through the kiosk they bring your food without your cup. Then you have to flag someone down to get your cup. I watched 6 orders in a row go that way! If you want us to place our own orders then bring us everything we ordered to the counter without everyone having to flag someone down just to get a cup!!!!!!

They seem to not realize they have 2 lanes, sending 5 cars through one lane while ignoring the other is completely bogus

Ice cream machine down, specialty coffee machine down, no fresh brewed regular coffee. No employees that are down to work. What they are up for is cussing in the drive-thru. 3rd time was the charm. I'll choose somewhere else.

Messed up a bit on order but I think it was a new person learning. Very friendly and fixed it for me. Clean and very nice employees. Kids loved the play area!!!

Took my kids here bought 2 happy meals for them when we go sit to eat they had the opposte gender toy not a big deal, but they wanted there gender toy so i asked manager Steven nicely hey can we change these to my kids gender he says what you have is what you get we dont have anything in the back anymore but girls, so i went and sat down let my kids play another emplyee passed by and i asked him hey do you have any toys for the gender of my kids he says oh yeah hold on he nicely brought me the right one but he only brough one he went back to get the other one and the manager wouldnt let him grab it for me he personally told me that manager wouldnt let him. So i waited finished up and was on my way out i tell him excuse me whats your name, he reaponse in a amgry manner huh what you want my name for ahahahhaa whats your name , and i said this is how you talk to customers he aggressibly says hold up hold up ima get you something and brings out another manager explain it to him that he gets what ever comes in the happy meal, she grabs him back knowing his on the wrong already because of his attitude i just walked out simce i was with my kids. That man dont need a manager job
