I ordered a diet coke, just that. Through drive through. I was asked if I was using rewards I said no I just require a diet coke, told the price. Window 1 was confused about my order, after some discussion I paid for my drink. Window 2 was confused after some discussion where I repeated my requirement for a diet coke. I pulled away went to work and discovered after all that discussion I got the wrong drink. A regular coke.

The worker at the window told me that the cook was in the bathroom and made me wait almost 10 minutes to order.. Then on other occasions the worker at the window speaks no english and is super rude. I feel like it’s okay if you don’t know english but be a back of the house team member. if you can’t help the customers properly why work the window.

Weve been waiting for 30 minutes they have multiple cars waiting for orders and they dont have a system of taking the food to the people waiting the guy came to our window multiple times looking for the owners of the orders the girl at the window obviously panicked forgot to give us our drinks and its just an unorganized mess i wonder if any managers were on duty? They seem to be well staffed not sure of i got here on a bad day i usually wont do bad reviews but this was a bit much for fast food

Food is the same as most McDonald's services pretty decent I work a block away and they're supposed to close at 12:00 at night and they always lock up and quit coming to the windows or the drive-thru between 11:00 to 11:30. 15-20 minutes would be kind of acceptable not really but a full hour ahead of time and I asked them the next day cuz sometimes they say we were understaffed or people had to leave or we had to clean and that's never the case they just shrug their shoulders and say I don't know I don't work that shift repeatedly over and over
