Weve been waiting for 30 minutes they have multiple cars waiting for orders and they dont have a system of taking the food to the people waiting the guy came to our window multiple times looking for the owners of the orders the girl at the window obviously panicked forgot to give us our drinks and its just an unorganized mess i wonder if any managers were on duty? They seem to be well staffed not sure of i got here on a bad day i usually wont do bad reviews but this was a bit much for fast food

Food is the same as most McDonald's services pretty decent I work a block away and they're supposed to close at 12:00 at night and they always lock up and quit coming to the windows or the drive-thru between 11:00 to 11:30. 15-20 minutes would be kind of acceptable not really but a full hour ahead of time and I asked them the next day cuz sometimes they say we were understaffed or people had to leave or we had to clean and that's never the case they just shrug their shoulders and say I don't know I don't work that shift repeatedly over and over

I was very disappointed it was not that busy and I waited about 10 minutes for my sandwich and then they mess it up so I had to go back and then it took them more time it just was a very rude

They need more cleanliness. I ordered a caramel sundae and iced coffee, which was sticky outside the cup. They need to serve the customers well. They also need to add more vegan and halal options, as these can be served to everyone and increase the customer base.
Came in to use the bathroom. The floor from the door to and in the whole bathroom was wet and very slick!! No slippery when wet caution signs anywhere!! You couldn't take a step without worrying you'd slip and fall. THEN, in the Men's bathroom, no soap! What would the employees use to wash their hands? Usually McDonald's is clean and safe. Not this time as far as safe.

Manager was super nice helped out with us a bunch. We got an order mixed up and make sure that we got the right order when I didn’t even realize that it was wrong. Super nice a lot. Just really really nice manager. Please give them a raise!!

This McDonald's is always the SLOWEST. They consistently take one order in the drive thru, wait until that person is completely thru, and then take the next order. I've never seen another McDonald's handle business this way. The staff is always super friendly though
