Person who was helping me was on FaceTime… If I give her the benefit of the doubt we could say that my food wasn’t made yet and she was waiting on that, but it did feel like I got my food slower than normal. FaceTime on the clock is unacceptable. Good service and food many other times but this is crazy.

So short staffed that a groundskeeper and maintenance employee went directly to register after picking up trash outside. He took orders and went to the back to cook. Though very helpful and polite, I do not think he washed his hands after handling trash outside and emptying trash containers inside. Not going back.

Went through the drive thru when we got off work tonite. Ordered 2 buffalo ranch chicken sandwiches that are so sloppily made they could barely be ate without wearing it all. And a McChicken meal deal. Chicken sandwich tasted old fries were completely cold and got 3 dipping cups but no nuggets w my meal. I don't know why I even try to get food from this location as it's always horrible. Then try to call about my order but they clearly take the phone off the hook at this location so no one can call to tell them they messed up once again as I tried calling for 25 min but got nothing but a busy signal the whole time.

We had the most pleasant experience at the Peoria heights McDonald's. Food was great and served quickly and accurately. Naikyah was super art taking our order... always busy and helping the customer. We discussed the Mcdonaldland shake with Irma who have is a sample after trading is about the flavor...we then decided to order 2. Not the expected way we thought we would end our meal. Friendly service and good customer service went a long way this evening.

Bad bad night management. Got my order wrong. Told to go back around. Went back to the window and was told by the mgr. Ya well that's to bad. Refused to make it rite and was told i was trespassing and he's calling the police. So i waited... I want to talk to them also about the language the mgr. Was using in front of the children. Cops never showed so i called them and made my point . He said that there have been many complaints to the police about this guy. Done with mc donalds. No longer have our trust. Can't give less stars or they would be double digit negatives..

Never ordering from here again. I asked for a large meal and received everything large except for the drink which was medium. When i asked at the window they insisted I had to drive back around, once i did they gave me my large coke BUT TOOK THE MEDIUMS BACK. Major health code violation i’m still shocked
