I was going to go into detail about how bad our experience was everytime we've ordered from you guys and I mean 100 some odd $ orders, you'd think you'd put some sort of accuracy into them. However, it seems like everyone else's comments pretty much cover it. To put it simply, you don't care, and it shows. And as a general manager for a restaurant, you may want to look into getting a new one.

The shift manager was rude and obnoxious. She acted like she was better than everyone else and then would give every customer a nasty look. Twic now our orders have been messed up. This was on 3/17/2024 around 3:30 pm. I dislike this location!!!!!!

Almost as much a fixture at this intersection as Emos, I remember getting Happy Meals from hear back in the late 80s.Vegetarian options: Few options.Dietary restrictions: Few options.Parking: Usually plenty.Kid-friendliness: Used to have play structure in the 90s, but like most McDonalds facilities, it's since removed it.Wheelchair accessibility: ♿️ parking and first floor ( no steps)

DO NOT COME HERE!! The workers are extremely rude. We waited 20 minutes for our food and they forgot a bunch of items. Also another patron told her kids to get out of the play place because there were "Too many white kids in there". Find somewhere else to go if your hungry.

Customers were waiting in line to make an order. No employee for about 5 to 7 minutes. Customer asked (politely) if they would be taking order soon. Empoylee snapped saying "can't you see we are busy" and would be with them in a minute. Orders were wrong. Food was cold. Never going back here

Every time i come to this location, not only is the service super slow, but the attitudes of everyone are terrible. This time, i pulled up to the drive theough at 10:29, and they switched to lunch and wouldn't do breakfast for me...just got a curt , we are on lunch. Ill start driving out of my way to go to another location from now on.

Will mess up your order constantly, forgetting your food. When you call them they will say "oh we will put your credit and name in a book." Then when you go in they will accuse you of lying, that there "is no book", then that the book expires in 30 days, then that your name isn't even in the book that they also claimed doesn't exist that they take down and look at right in front of you.... All because THEY MESSED UP AND CHARGED YOU FOR SOMETHING YOU DIDNT GET, AND THEN BELITTLE YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO CLAIM IT.Calling corporate doesn't work either... They just pretend to listen and never do anything about it. I'm talking over $100 worth of mistakes that were made over a year period that were never fixed, ever.And they will constantly have No drinks or no Frappes when you already paid for them and then they don't pay you back for those either bc their "machines are down".The manager I dealt with was absolutely rude, lied straight to my face like 3 times, "we don't have a book"... "Those expire after 30 days" then "your name isn't in the book" all in the same 1 min conversation....I thought you didn't have a book? Accusing me of lying when you literally tried to gaslight me... Why would I waste my time and gas to come claim stuff you messed up out of some random book I wouldn't even know about.... UNLESS YOU MESSED UP MY FOOD AND WROTE MY NAME IN IT!
