My husband went to pick up my order and I guessed the app messed up, they didn't care at all. They washed him off and says they can't help. I had to drive up here myself to get some answers. She said we took too long to come pick it up so it was canceled. My husband arrived 5 minutes after I ordered it so, that was a lie. Now I have to wait 24hrs to get the refund.

I went inside to get a sausage biscuit before work. The young Hispanic manager looked right at me. Didn't even acknowledge girl working. The front counter looked right at me didn't speak to me. I stood there for at least 7 or 8 minutes and still no one came and took my order or even spoke to me.. I usually have good service in your restaurant but I will never return again.

My Husband went through the drive-thru. They handed him the wrong food in the bag. On top of that, when the crew member at the window gave him our shakes she handed him a vanilla and a chocolate. He had ordered a strawberry and a chocolate. He thought maybe his transition lenses were distorting the color and asked if the vanilla shake was a strawberry. She said yes. They were rude for the entire interaction and didn't give us straws for our shakes. They also took the wrong food back through the window, which is against serve-safe requirements. Whether they threw it away or reserved it is unknown. Also. 2 pickled isn't extra.

I order Uber eats a lot and it automatically chooses this Mic Donald's...almost every time I'm missing items especially the pies which is the main reason I order Mic Donald's also any sauces that I have to pay for are never in the bag they also will just change the drink if they don't have the kind of drink you want they just send something else ..this place is the worst Mic Donald's in Peoria and then the people never care
