I’m so tired of every time I come to this location around lunch or dinner time my fries are gross! I usually get a medium and Large fry it’s always hard barely warm some of them can almost break a tooth. I have even asked them to make them fresh a few times and they still give me luke warm fries. I had to have them drop new fries at the window because I wouldn’t have order fries if they aren’t hot/fresh. Waste of money. I have worked in food for years as crew and manager so I know for a fact those fries are only good for a short time period. It’s unacceptable your handing old fries to customers. Just throw them away and drop fresh. Do better McDonalds!

Asked for no onion and no pickles, my burger had both. Fries laying face down and sideways, so they all dumped out. Live fly just chilling in my kid’s happy meal, so thanks for all that. Food still tasted good though.

I wanted the steak and egg and cheese Mcgriddle this morning. I waited in the drive-thru line for about 10 minutes before I gotten my food. I checked my bag and seen I had a bacon egg and cheese bagel instead. So, I turned around and had to go inside because the drive thru line was long of course. Talk to one of the managers and he gotten that sorted away for me no problem. Well, I thought. I got all the way home just to find out that I had received a steak, egg and cheese bagel instead of a McGriddle
I live in Chillicothe and the McDonald's there has gone down hill. Every order I pick up is missing something or food is cold or incorrect. Your location up the hill on Knoxville Ave is my new go to. Your staff is very polite and professional, they say please and thank you. I was encouraged to come again. Food was hot and tasty. Large fry was overflowing with fries. And the girl at the window said thank you for coming, please come a gain and have a nice day!
Recently visited for the Despicable Me 4 happy meal. Visited on July 1 and opened my happy meal to no Minion Toy!!!!!! Absolute blasphemy and unnaceptable.

The WORST location ever! In the drive through no one says anything. After waiting a long time I drive to the 2nd window and a girl with a headset says to back up to the first window. I try to go back and there is a car. As she's laughing about my situation she tells me to drive back around the building to the back of the line and start over. I drove away. What horrible customer service. I will never return!

The service I got from the staff was actually really great, but the fact that you can't get drinks or condiments without bugging the staff who are already stretched thin makes the surface part of the experience less than desirable. The food is well made. The staff is great. The restaurant is clean but the convenience to the customer choices they've made here make the experience less than it should be
Wheelchair accessibility: I cannot confirm that the doors are automatic but they do have a parking lot level ramp to get a wheelchair into the restaurant and the doors are wide enough
