After ordering from ming shee for years,THEY messed up our order. We have a 20 minute drive one way to pickup our food. We got home and the order was incorrect,called them immediately. The only thing they would say "bring it back & we will replace or credit you". We just drove a total of 40 minutes to get our food, we weren't going to drive back again. Poor, poor customer service. We only expected a credit for the next time we came in. Told them we ordered there often and we would never return to their restaurant if they didn't compensate us for THEIR mistake. The only reply was "thats your choice"! They just lost a long standing customer over a $32 order that they screwed up!

I've been going to Ming Shee for many years and the food is good. But I've been shorted many times and I've complained twice and they were rude as hell to me on the phone and in person??? This is it, I'm done with them.

Tried this place for the first time today and was impressed with the cleanliness, speed of service, presentation of the food, and quality for the price. We ordered the dinner for 3: beef and broccoli (tasty), sweet/sour chicken (thicker batter than used to but delicious), and Kung Pao chicken (spicy for us but good), and chicken fried rice. It all came with 3 egg rolls and 3 large fried shrimp. Also got a checked with mixed veg combo plate with egg roll and 1 crab Rangoon. The egg rolls seemed better than other places...crisper, more stuffing, finer shredded cabbage). Very pleasant staff/servers also. Will definitely return!!
