From a bad experience lass than a week ago, to a great one yesterday was well needed after a long week. Fresh food and perfect service right when we walked in with our millions of hungry kids. James had our area ready to go! Alicia was just what we needed. She came and checked on us, drinks bottomless, small talk was there. You all reminded me why that location is my favorite.
I hope Robin(server) can get on the same page as it will take her far. Good things come to those who try.
You guys are great and what people look for in staff. I know...as I'm a recruiter for OSF! Ever need a side position, look me up! But my family certainly appreciated your time and friendliness and service. God bless you.

Ordered online and when I got there the price was almost $8 lower than I was expecting, apparently they utilized a couple of coupons I didn't know were available. That my friends is what I call Customer Service ?? So I paid the same amount as I planned and told the gentleman thanks and to keep the change as a tip. ?

When it comes to Monical's in Peoria, Illinois, everybody talks about the one up on top of the hill.
However, if I may, instead, let's talk about the one on the corner of Knoxville and Lake.
So you want pizza in a quiet atmosphere that's family friendly and you want awesome stuff to boot, this place has it.
You want the manager and the waiter to treat you like an actual human being, and they actually have a minute or two to talk to you about some things, whether it be your order or not? This place has it.
You got a group of 15 and you just want to take them out to a big dinner and pizza sounds like a great idea this place has room for that in fact the day that I went there was actually three groups large groups of people in there one was celebrating a birthday. This place has that.
As a matter of fact, there's only one other Monical's in Central Illinois that I would put on par with this one, and that's saying something. Everybody brags about the one out of the shops at Grand Prairie. Yeah, yeah , yeah yeah yeah yeah whatever. Yeah, they've got Flash, and they're a newer store, but what they don't have is the ability to go the extra mile and treat you like family. That's the one there on the corner of Knoxville, and Lake does.
Whether you take your 5-year-old here for their birthday or you take your girl here for that first time date or you're taking that special business meeting because you got to land that account, this place does that trust me when I say this you'll be happy you came here instead.
Parking: Lots of parking and every parking spot is practically the front door
If you come to peoria and don't go to Monical's, you are doing something wrong. Fun retro venue and amazing food. Would highly recommend French dressing.

We got the family pleaser. The salad was cold,crisp,fresh, and delicious. The pizza was hot, fresh, and tasty. Our server was pleasant and gave great customer service.
Staff was nice but pizza was awful. Ordered extra cheese didn't get it, pizza was tasteless and burnt, and asked for no carrots in my salad but had them
I'd leave a zero if I could. How do you mess up pizza?!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Walked in to dine and the waiter stated you didn’t grab menus. Didn’t know as a customer I was suppose to. Then when he handed us the menus we told him we knew what we wanted he then stated. So why did you take the menu. Upon ordering 2 pizzas. He got a smart mouth saying you didn’t specify you wanted thin crust. Hello the order wasn’t complete when he ran his mouth. You don’t like your job then don’t work there. I cancelled my order and will Not return
