Nothing beats breadsticks!

Went black friday and they Ran out of bread sticks after only being open for half hour. They weren't telling people until after they ordered. Then when food came noodles were over cooked and the chicken for chicken parm was over cooked couldn't even cut it. You would think with it being black Friday they would be better prepared.

Delivery service is awful. Waited two hours. Food was only slightly warm like it was sitting out that entire time.

Bonnie was our server and I can not even give you a number on how great she is. Refills without prompting. Fast and quick with entrees. She's a 100000 out of 10.

It was fun! We missed Valentine's Day, so went the next day. The place was flooded with teens headed to the Turn-About dance at one of the local schools. Teenage vibes are always exciting!

We ended up seated at a "high table" at the bar instead of a traditional booth or table. Again, a new experience. The manager was in and out repeatedly, checking we had everything we needed. We definitely did. Service was great!

The only downer to the entire experience was a man seated near us who didn't seem to think he was getting enough (or fast enough) attention. I feel so sorry for the lady with him. He obviously was making everything harder for our servers on a day that was already slammed. So, we said a little prayer for him, for them, and padded that tip!

Do remember to get the app and put yourself on the wait list. By doing that, we were seated within 15 minutes. One young man who came in at the same time we did was told there was an hour wait. It is worth your time!

Parking: There is plenty of parking on an average day. This was a high volume day, and we ended up parking in the lot of the business across the road - where there was plenty of parking.

Years before, was great. Food quality has took a turn for the worst since then. Meatballs are the equivalent of canned spaghetti and meatballs. So, next time I went for an anniversary. I went with my same I always did instead of meatballs. That turned out fine. This time, was the service. We saw our waitress MAYBE 3 times. It took another waitress from another table to realize our drinks were empty for some time. Longer than it should have been. After that, our assigned waitress finally came to bring the check. Sure, it gets extremely busy but, when our entree's came she never brought us a refill of our drinks. Not even water. Two of us and she brought three bread sticks. We saw that other tables got 5. That was our first thing we noticed so, we already knew service probably isn't going to go too well. They used to push a wine list or samples. I'm assuming they don't do that anymore. I'm not going to return there again. It definitely isn't the same service or quality of food like it used to be.

We always have good service and good memories. Lauren was an especially great server today for our large group with several separate tickets. She was friendly, patient, and attentive.
