We went in wanting to get a little Ice cream and ended up ordering a barbacoa burrito, chicken empanadas, flautas , pupusa for dinner to try a good selection. As well as their red velvet cake and tres leche for later It was all delicious, everything was super fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend their horchata as well. The gentleman at the counter was very nice and made sure everything was fresh and good for us. Its a lovely family owned restaurant and I think it deserves a visit from anyone living in Peoria or even just visiting.

We only went for ice cream, which was excellent, but it smelled fantastic so I suspect the food is just as good. Everything was clean and reminded me a little of an old time malt shop with all the eclectic candy and things to buy. We just popped in for ice cream because we were in the area, but it looked like a very special neighborhood place and I hope everyone there appreciates it.

First of all we entered and they didn't greet us with some “Hello” or “Welcome” they just saw us as if we were stupid. We ordered and first she told us $42 and something and then she said $32 and something (very grateful that she recognized her mistake) Then we decided to order more things that we forgot and the girl just gave us a look like (are you going to make me work more?) Annoyed gave us an attitude. Despite all that, I gave him a $5 dollar tip and he didn't even thank us ????. Business owners I tell you this. Please have happy people with a good attitude serving the clientele. Do you think we want to go again? Absolutely not at all even though everything was good! ???? Serve well so that people come back and remember that we serve well, not people with long faces with attitude without welcoming us and not even saying thank you last ????
