Called 4 time got hung up twice and doesn’t know where my pizza at. I can’t go get it bc of no call. Waited an hour before I called. Hung up twice very very rude and not happy
Normally I really like Papa John’s. But I am sitting here in my car waiting for curbside pickup for the last 20 minutes. Watching people get here after me and come out. It’s busy, but I wanted curbside for a reason-it’s a pain to get all my young kids out of the car, go in, come out and get everyone buckled back up. My husband is trying to call, but nothing so far. My kids have literally fallen asleep waiting. And I still may have to drag them out of the car to get anyone...read full review
This is horrible discrimination from this company. I am working out of town, staying in a hotel, and this pathetic company won't deliver food to me because I am at said hotel. They will never see a penny of my money again.
