It took almost 2 hours to get my pizza delivered - an hour more than estimated. 4 doordash drivers waited and left before my pizza was ready to pick up ny another driver to be delivered- Papa John's service has really gone down hill.

Was skeptical of coming here after seeing the other reviews but went ahead and ordered anyways. When I arrived I saw a team that was hard at work and doing there best to make good pizzas at a quick pace. The pizzas we got we perfect and done exactly when they said they would be

I had 2 pizzas, cheese sticks and brownies. The cheese sticks were clearly an hour- 2 hours old. They were literally hard. The pizza was also cold. I picked it up in the suggested time slot. There is no doubt in my mind I was given a portion of someone’s canceled order. The brownies were warm as it was actually made fresh unlike half my order. Disappointing as I was the only car in the parking lot. They were not busy and could have easily made my order fresh, they knew how old that food was they sold me. It’s just wrong to do that to people. I wish they made it easy to contact them. They outsource their call center. Online isn’t any better.

Messed up my pizza, got my wife's pizza ✅️. I returned and the corrected my order and even added another cup of cheese making it 4 cups of cheese. More than made up for it. The garlic paste they use on the garlic stuffed crust is a little too overwhelming and takes away from the cheese in the crust. But it's pretty good. This was my first time eating papa John's pizza. Would recommend but double check your pizza before leaving or accepting your delivery order.

This location clearly doesn't take pride in being apart of the Papa John's Family.. The food is disgusting and the staff do not care about customer service at all - Avoid at all costs!!

Put in an order at 4:30 to be delivered at 530 fully expecting them to be busy. Got my pizza at 610 was told they are relieving door dash since they don't have any drivers. Guess they can't look at what's coming up to plan better. And whoever is there answering phones is a condescending AF.
