I ordered a large pizza.The works thin crust and bone in hot lemon pepper Chicken wings I received boneless hot lemon pepper chicken wings. I called to let them know that I got the wrong chicken wings and they told me they couldn't refund or anything because they can't do that with chicken wings.Then they try To say I was lying basically Because he said the driver picked up the right Wings with order and I said no, they didn't these chicken wings.I got are nasty They don't even taste like chicken I asked. To speak to the manager because I was speaking with the assistant manager. And he said she's busy so don't ever order from Papa. John's, they're not all that anyway.!!! And I spend 47.89 with taxs and tip for driver

I happened to walk by and stopped in to get a pizza for dinner. It was very good. The oreo cookie bites were not good, no fault of the employees ..it's just not a good recipe. The pizza is great tho. Manager was working and she was really down to Earth. Cashier was proactive in telling me about specials.

I used to love Papa John's this would be the only place that my family would order from.. however not so much it now seems like there's not a lot of effort to even put a pizza of together.. I will not be going back for a while I was not satisfied I was very disappointed customer

The food wasn't bad, chicken wings were excellent but the problem was that zesty Italian pizza, it's supposed to be covered with banana peppers but it seems they've put chopped pepperrocini instead wich isn't dramatic in itself but man why also put stems though? Whoever was working sunday the 25th of august at around 23H is either really not bright or very disrespectful of customers for putting effing pepperrocini stems all over my pizza, I've found like 5 detached cooked stems. I won't be ordering back from this location

My pizza was done sooner than expected. The gentleman working there was great and his customer service was refreshing. It's hard to find people that gives good customer service let alone great customer service like he does. Oh and the pizza was good too.

Nasty, drug dealing Nick Kinman spit all over my food tonight! They just lost a life long customer. I can’t even believe anyone would hire this trash it says a lot about your company! Disgusting appearance, rude and disrespectful. I’ll be calling the health department tomorrow.
Tried to grab some food after work and the door was locked 2 hours before close and no one acknowledged the door

Cheesesticks had a hair in them & customer was very belligerent & police should have been called. I wish I would have requested $ back & left. Lots of thugs hanging around outside!

The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves.I ordered 2 pizzas and had them delivered. When I opened the boxes they looked old, dried out and overcooked with NO CHEESE. I called the store, spoke to the manager (who was very professional) and requested they remake the pizzas and Ill bring the old ones back and order takeout instead. (I had assumed the delivery driver had alot of orders and mine was the last to be delivered so that was the reason they weren't fresh)Upon arrival to the store, I was informed that the pizzas looked the way they did because the "owner" has instructed the cooks to put 1 cup of cheese on the pizzas instead of the normal 2 and a half cups to try and lower food cost. Thats ridiculous. As I waited for my pizzas to cook I overheard 4 phone calls that the manager had to take from other upset customers all complaining that their pizzas looked old with no cheese as well. Completely unacceptable.To the owner: When ppl order pizza, CHEESE is required. If u cant afford to put a decent amount of cheese on the pizzas then you need to close down. I will NEVER visit this establishment again. I feel sorry for the workers though, they were working hard and clearly stressed from the upset customers continuously complaining because they had to follow the direction of the "owner".Would give NO stars if I could.

Pizza was 30 minutes late, cold, & horrible tasting. We've given this place several opportunities because we do like them however we've never had a good experience. We're officially over Papa John's for a delivery option! Delivery driver did state that they were robbed earlier. You would think they would have just called and said they needed to cancel instead of the disaster of a pizza they delivered.
