Thought I’d leave a review because I was kind of scared to go here because of previous reviews. Every papa johns in this area has bad reviews so maybe it’s hit or miss. But our food was great. The pizza was cooked perfectly and good amount of cheese. The garlic knots were a little over cooked which wasn’t great but they still tasted good. I did tip $8 so maybe that helps.

I accidentally delivered to the wrong location on Saturday night. The delivery driver called, was happy to be redirected to the correct address across town, and still accomplished the mission. And the pizza was still hot. What a legend.

I WAS ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION BUT AFTER RECEIVING BURNT GARLIC KNOTS SEVERAL TIMES, I PLACED MY ORDER THAN I CALLED TO ASK THAT THEY NOT BE BLACK IN COLOR(bcz it’s happen 3 times) AUTOMATICALLY LOUD AND RUDE, THE MANAGER TAMEEKA IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SO IS ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES SHE HAS WORKING TODAY 7/29/25. SAYS SHE HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE OVEN. TALKED RIGHT OVER ME THEN HUNG UP ON ME BCZ SHE HOT AND THE AIR WZNT WORKN? THESE PPL ARE THE SADDEST TPYE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE PPL. I ordered a large pizza.The works thin crust and bone in hot lemon pepper Chicken wings I received boneless hot lemon pepper chicken wings. I called to let them know that I got the wrong chicken wings and they told me they couldn't refund or anything because they can't do that with chicken wings.Then they try To say I was lying basically Because he said the driver picked up the right Wings with order and I said no, they didn't these chicken wings.I got are nasty They don't even taste like chicken I asked. To speak to the manager because I was speaking with the assistant manager. And he said she's busy so don't ever order from Papa. John's, they're not all that anyway.!!! And I spend 47.89 with taxs and tip for driver

I happened to walk by and stopped in to get a pizza for dinner. It was very good. The oreo cookie bites were not good, no fault of the employees ..it's just not a good recipe. The pizza is great tho. Manager was working and she was really down to Earth. Cashier was proactive in telling me about specials.

I used to love Papa John's this would be the only place that my family would order from.. however not so much it now seems like there's not a lot of effort to even put a pizza of together.. I will not be going back for a while I was not satisfied I was very disappointed customer
The food wasn't bad, chicken wings were excellent but the problem was that zesty Italian pizza, it's supposed to be covered with banana peppers but it seems they've put chopped pepperrocini instead wich isn't dramatic in itself but man why also put stems though? Whoever was working sunday the 25th of august at around 23H is either really not bright or very disrespectful of customers for putting effing pepperrocini stems all over my pizza, I've found like 5 detached cooked stems. I won't be ordering back from this location

My pizza was done sooner than expected. The gentleman working there was great and his customer service was refreshing. It's hard to find people that gives good customer service let alone great customer service like he does. Oh and the pizza was good too.

Nasty, drug dealing Nick Kinman spit all over my food tonight! They just lost a life long customer. I can’t even believe anyone would hire this trash it says a lot about your company! Disgusting appearance, rude and disrespectful. I’ll be calling the health department tomorrow.
