“Food is ok, could use some improvement. Do not like going to this location for simple fact it is difficult to get in and out of. Wish they would have stayed on Western instead of moving here.
Side note, the breadstick seasoning probably costs just a fraction of a cent to put on the breadsticks. Don't be afraid to use a little bit more than a pinch of it. The breadsticks are terrible without it and just a scarce amount is just like having them without any. Please be a little more generous.“
“I placed an online order and the store manager called to inform me of a possible delay with my order. He stated that he would be the one to deliver the order, as he was short-staffed. I feel that he went above and beyond with his courteous nature; he was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and just an all-around great person of leadership! “Got pizza && breadsticks delivered food was great. Delivery guy was so amazing such a sweet heart. Order was brought to us in less then 30 mins. Pizza && breadsticks were fresh and hot! Absolutely delicious. Dominoes use to be my favorite but Pizza Hut has definitely moved to the top of my list both times we have ordered from there they’ve exceeded my expectations.“
“They use DoorDash for delivery now, and I had a problem with the dasher. So the manager called DD and got a new dasher. Tbh I hadn’t had Pizza Hut in many years. Well, it was nothing like their old buttery light crust… and there was no evidence of sauce on the pizza. But the manager was great!“
