This Pizza Hut has really gone downhill. There were super sketchy people blocking the door on my exit and then one tried to ask for money. The guy behind the counter was super jumpy too. Plus they forgot to toss my wings in sauce so when I got home, I realized they were plain and they weren't very good. Will have to think twice about going back at this point.

Food is ok, could use some improvement. Do not like going to this location for simple fact it is difficult to get in and out of. Wish they would have stayed on Western instead of moving here.
Side note, the breadstick seasoning probably costs just a fraction of a cent to put on the breadsticks. Don't be afraid to use a little bit more than a pinch of it. The breadsticks are terrible without it and just a scarce amount is just like having them without any. Please be a little more generous.

I work at Bradley University and am a regular customer of this location. Once a week, my husband places an order for a hut box the night before, and brings it to me at work so we can meet for lunch. Today, and the last hut box were messed up. I always ask for light sauce. I believe the problem to be an employee by the name of DeMarcus. When my husband placed the future order last night, he was asked if he wanted to repeat. He asked could the order be read back. It was. Light sauce was not noted on the order. He asked DeMarcus to please fix the order to reflect light sauce. Demarcus went to put this in special instructions. My husband politely told him that he just needs to choose the “light” option under sauce. He snapped at my husband and said he knows, but still didn’t do it. My husband picked up the order today, and Demarcus was still snapping and rude. The sauce is so thick it’s coming over the cheese. If he’s snapping on customers, I can only imagine the hostile work environment he is also creating. I attached pictures of the sauce. DO BETTER! Our Bradley students are back, I’m sure one of them could use a job. Something needs done about this egregious refusal to properly input and handle an order. Not to mention, don’t EVER snap on a customer. We haven’t had issues with ANY employees, until encountering Demarcus.

Our food always turns out good but the employees are not nice, nor do they have any phone manners. I called about an order and received a lot of sass and disrespect. I was just asking basic questions about my order and they seemed so annoyed? Idk. Very off-putting.

Erin and Dalon were very considerate about my diet restrictions and allergies.They read and confirmed that ingredients did not have any that I can not eat,They cleaned the work table and knives to ensure no cross contamination.Very good people.Food will be good when provided with care.
Vegetarian options: The staff Erin and Dalon are really caring about not giving something you can't eat.
