Unprofessional and do not care. Bad customer service

Ordered online for delivery, after an hour of waiting decided to call. Tried explaining the situation to the employee and he said they called me to confirm to delivery and no one answered. Never did I receive a call. I told him this and he said yes they did. So then i ask for a manager and as soon a this “manager” got on the phone he is now telling me he called and I told him I never ordered a pizza. I told him that i never even got a call. He proceeded to tell me to not argue with him. At this point I am pretty frustrated so he hung up. Never received refund for my food. Definitely calling corporate.
Edit: went back and talked to the day manager who was very nice and helpful. Forgot to get her name but she said she’s been there for 6 years.
My boyfriend and I went back in and explained the situation. She called her GM and came back with an itemized receipt. She let us know that the employees the night before had voided out our order. Still have no idea why but did ensure us that no money was taken out of our account and if it was it should be back in a few days. The “manager” who was working the night before his name is Cole. He cussed me out on the phone and I’m pretty sure he voided out my order so he can have a nice pizza to take home.
The nice day manager told me that Cole has only worked there for 4 months and by reading some of the most recent reviews on this store I think Cole has done this to a few people.
Pizza Hut needs to look into their night time “manager” Cole. Pretty sure he stealing from y’all.

Second time my order was canceled, clear order history of multiple deliveries. Still haven't been refunded the first cancel a couple of months ago. Do not order here ?

So rude disrespectful customer service and just overall rude prospect would never do this placed an online order like usual tell me my order is on the way and never brung my food took forever to refund it to my points I will never order from this location ever a HR and half later no food then rude when I ask about my food just unprofessional

Something has changed at this location... this is a 2 part story for my order. I am updating my 5 star review to a 1 star.
Firstly I tried to place my order online, it was for:
a 1 topping big new yorker ((will call it my "pizza" from here)you can get additional toppings at a cost) at $13.99. I chose pepperoni with extra pepperoni and bacon on half. Then a ham, pineapple, & bacon on the other half. The system prices it normally as 3 toppings which it should. When I do a straight ham bacon and pineapple pizza online it shows up at $18.99 plus tax. More below.
Also ordered the $7 deal with 2 medium hand tossed one with chicken and one with pepperoni.
Then two cups of cheese.
Total of $41.48 after tax.
Firstly when I tried to order online it would not let me order my pizza saying I can't add more than 3 toppings, despite as described above it was 3 toppings each side. I do not understand this artificial limit as you used to be able to order many extra toppings as long as you paid. But alas it prompted me to call the store.
Called the store and placed the order. After giving it some thought, I noticed the total was a little bit higher than expected, so called the store and after she broke everything down for cost it was the pizza. Their system rang it up as $20.99 with the toppings as described plus tax. I explained on the first and subsequent call that I had issues with the website and asked if she could adjust the price to the online price and even offered to show her the issue I was having.
She became quite dismissive then and said no she can't. I would have to work around the issue and I could re order the pizza online without something so the system would allow mine to go thru and she would have to make a new pizza as the one I wanted was already in the oven. So I reiterate/question that she would rather me ring it online with less toppings so the system would allow it to go thru and waste the pizza that is already cooking and she said yes.
She also told me that their computers only work within the same restrictions as the website (even though my order went thru fine with the store), she didn't flat out say it but I took it as calling me a liar which I did offer her to see what it was doing both on the website and the app. I was on my way home from chemo and really didn't have the energy to do it but was willing.
So I asked if the manager was available which she said she was. So then I asked if the store manager was available which she said no, but she is the assistant and the gm was not available. It was at this point that I explained I will fight it afterwards but I'll go ahead and get the order as is. I try to avoid creating food waste.
I get home and my pizza itself has issues! First, I ordered and paid for extra pepperoni (the whole reason of initial issue) and it did not have extra. In fact on the pepperoni side there was big bare cheese only spots. The pizza also uses sweet sauce instead of their regular pizza sauce. I do not like pizza huts regular sauce and mostly get either the chicken melt or the big new yorker (ordered over 100 of them since the re-release). Lastly the pizza is suppossed to have seasoning sprinkled over the pizza and especially on the crust which it had none.
Not only did I pay an inflated price as they would not match the online price (when I worked there mid 00s we could modify price to anything to honor coupons), the pizza did not hold the value of what I paid.
As a side note as I pointed out I only like the sweet sauce, the two $7 pizzas were fine and not for me, just on the same order.
I'm not one to complain usually and this store MULTIPLE times provided me a great experience. They had 4 or 5 people working when we were there so it definitely was not lack of staff in this scenario.

I order wings and always ask for them to be crispy or cooked twice. They are super nice about it! Wings are on point! Customer service was nice as well.

They use DoorDash for delivery now, and I had a problem with the dasher. So the manager called DD and got a new dasher. Tbh I hadn’t had Pizza Hut in many years. Well, it was nothing like their old buttery light crust… and there was no evidence of sauce on the pizza. But the manager was great!

Always helpful, kind and puts up with my ridiculous requests ? once I messed up ordering online and called and they got it fixed for me ASTAT and didn't seem annoyed with my annoyingness. Whoever this manager is, Keep up the Great work! Thanks for making supper for me at least once a week. Couldn't be more grateful.

9/10 orders from this Pizza Hut go off without a problem, that 1/10 is usually a missing soda or a timing problem. I've had it taken them almost 3 hours to deliver before, but its certainly not the norm.

Every few years I get a wild hair to order pizza hut. This serves as my periodic reminder why you should order from local places if possible.
