Worst service. Ordered online and canceled. Driver called did not leave a message. I called the store and was informed that my order was out for delivery. 30 minutes later still waiting I contacted the manager and was informed that the order was canceled. This was 1.5 hours of waiting on my delivery. Terrible customer service.

Order a pizza, and I came into the store for carry out. They charged my card and then handed me my pizza covered in green stuff. I let them know this is not what I ordered. The guy with no teeth argued with me, saying it was my fault. I asked for a refund, and he stated we don't do refunds, but he'd remake it or give me credit. I explained that I didn't have time to wait. I have to be somewhere, and I'm behind. I also explained that I don't live here, so a credit would do me no good. He said sorry, so I left without dinner or money.

if the store forgets something on my delivery order….. why should i have to go up to the store to fix my problem? totally defeats the purpose. you guys need more staff and better customer service.

Don’t order delivery. You’ll get an estimate of 25 mins & they’ll say they are making your pizza now . After the 25 mins mark is up you’ll get a DoorDash notification and cold hard pizza . $41and a whole hour later , never again .

Was asked to tip, with no option to outright decline, for an order I was submitting online for pick up. This is simply wrong. I will never order from pizza hut again because of this. Please do not misdirect the responsibility of paying your employees a livable wage directly onto the consumer.

Got pizza && breadsticks delivered food was great. Delivery guy was so amazing such a sweet heart. Order was brought to us in less then 30 mins. Pizza && breadsticks were fresh and hot! Absolutely delicious. Dominoes use to be my favorite but Pizza Hut has definitely moved to the top of my list both times we have ordered from there they’ve exceeded my expectations.
My friends daughter got book it coupons for reading in school and tried to redeem them for a personal pizza and they wouldnt accept them. Honestly, its the smallest pizza they make and they wouldnt even take the coupons to make a little kids day. Super disappointed because getting a personal pizza for reading a lot in school is one of the childhood memories that keeps me going back to pizza hut. 😕

Do not come here it’s a very only white people restaurant the store manger lee is a kkk member he only employs white people they don’t clean they hands the sink dishes etc is disgusting they only clean the sink once a week they let white employees do as they please stay away from this nasty disgusting place
