So incredibly disappointed in this evenings pizza. Very little cheese. Paid for extra topping, mushrooms, there were 5 on a medium stuffed crust. Pizza Hut. We won’t be back. Too expensive now quality is gone, would have been ok if quality had been there. So disappointing.

My order was 30 minutes late still wrong, and this was after making me the wrong pizzas twice already! The complimentary breadsticks were burnt and hard as a rock... Find somewhere else!

Whoever the franchise owner is needs to evaluate the staff that worked 6-25-25 in the afternoon. Staff wasn’t attentive to customers waiting. 8 min and not even a hello. They were too busy disrespecting products, kicking pans on the floor, yucking it up. Didn’t seem at all sanitary, makes you wonder how they are treating my food and yours. Honestly, worst food I’ve gotten from this Pizza Hut Period.

Never order Pizza Hut! I ordered online during a party and didn’t realize they charged me over $72 for two large pepperoni pizzas. Twenty minutes after they were supposed to arrive, I called the store on Pioneer Parkway and they were not friendly and said they don’t have any delivery drivers so they were waiting for a Door Dash driver to accept the order. An hour after it was supposed to arrive, it arrived and was cold and disgusting. NEVER again will I give Pizza Hut my business. So sad how this company has gone so far downhill since the red roofed buildings we frequented when I was a kid…..

Had their hand-tossed with sausage, beef, onions, and mushrooms and loved it. Consistently good pizzas. I'm a fan of the thin crust too. They've been around a long time and so have I. The hut, they were and still are one of my favorites.

Ordered a medium pan pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives and ended up with sausage and mushrooms. Wife got a personal pan pizza with pepperonis and ended up with 3-4 on it. No wonder why they are failing and closing down.

Worst service. Ordered online and canceled. Driver called did not leave a message. I called the store and was informed that my order was out for delivery. 30 minutes later still waiting I contacted the manager and was informed that the order was canceled. This was 1.5 hours of waiting on my delivery. Terrible customer service.

Order a pizza, and I came into the store for carry out. They charged my card and then handed me my pizza covered in green stuff. I let them know this is not what I ordered. The guy with no teeth argued with me, saying it was my fault. I asked for a refund, and he stated we don't do refunds, but he'd remake it or give me credit. I explained that I didn't have time to wait. I have to be somewhere, and I'm behind. I also explained that I don't live here, so a credit would do me no good. He said sorry, so I left without dinner or money.

if the store forgets something on my delivery order….. why should i have to go up to the store to fix my problem? totally defeats the purpose. you guys need more staff and better customer service.
