We were excited to try Pizza Ranch while visiting Peoria, but our experience fell a bit short. A very large party arrived around the same time we did, and the buffet couldn’t keep up — fresh pizza went quickly, and we had to wait quite a while for new ones to come out. What was available didn’t sit the best with our stomachs afterward.
The price felt a little steep for what we actually got to eat, especially with several items missing. They were completely out of napkins, spoons, and even the cones for ice cream, which was disappointing since that’s part of the buffet’s draw. The staff seemed overwhelmed but were doing their best.
It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not the experience we were hoping for. Probably wouldn’t go out of our way to return.

Girl at counter was something else. She stood there for a few seconds, then looked at us and said oh I only have 2 glasses, would that be ok for 3 of you? Unfortunately the cookes were not able to keep up with the amount of people that were in there. But they did do the best they could. Was rather difficult to get to, on a frontage road and had to make many u turns.

I took my son here to celebrate his birthday and spent $120 for my family to eat. I should've asked for my money back. I had to clean our table off because every table in the place was dirty. Most of the food was overcooked. Floors were disgusting. I felt like they were upset because I was rightly upset of the conditions of the establishment, especially when I had to clean my own table off! Won't be back.
