I’ve given this Popeyes location multiple chances, but the experience keeps getting worse. The staff’s appearance and professionalism are extremely lacking. Employees in the back are sagging their pants, and others are wearing tight yoga pants. This is not only unprofessional but also uncomfortable for customers who simply want to order food without seeing inappropriate attire. A customer doesn’t want to come into an establishment, turn and see a 16 year old minors Buttocks through their yoga pants. A customer doesn’t want to see a 16 year old males undergarments covering their bottom where their pants are supposed to be.
On top of that, the food is consistently old and cold. I’ve worked at Popeyes before and have management experience, so I know the standards for food quality and freshness — and this location is clearly not following them. Food that sits past its holding time should be replaced, but it isn’t here.
This store needs serious attention from upper management or the franchise owner. This store could definitely use a General Manager to supervise the managers and employees. If anyone knows how to contact the owner or district manager, I’d appreciate it.

Red beans/rice was filled HALFWAY, and it was already a small maybe 2 spoonfuls and that was it. Lobby was closed EARLY! Forcing everyone through drive thru. Absolute defeating the purpose of paying online first. The management either does not care are are incompetent but the customer loses either way. Do not order from here

Holy crap don’t go to this one. The workers don’t want to take your order and give you attitude. They told us to pull up to the front and they’d bring us our food. Fast forward 20 minutes and we go in to check on the food which they hadn’t even started yet. They were giving free food to their friends who came in I guess? It was strange.
They said a biscuit was the reason for the delay. I think they just hate working at a popeyes tbh.

Placed an order before midnight on Saturday and they took our money but they closed the store BEFORE closing time at 1 am. Popeyes just needs to close down all of their restaurants or hire a higher standard of people, because the ones working there DO NOT CARE. I will not be sad to see this company go out of business.

At shift 09/07 Sunday 7:00PM drive-thru HORRIBLE SERVICE Everything is out, out of napkins, out of tea, out of coleslaw. The female staff—she was horribly crazy, let us repeat our names three times with attitude.
If you can’t understand the name then look for order number, I think it’s a basic critical thinking you should have, unless there’s no training/thinking at all.
Horrible packaging, did you just throw my food in the bag randomly? I’m not sure if this food has any splits in it.

Placed a delivery order on the popeyes restaurant for a 12 piece family meal. A doordash driver eventually delivered a 3 piece meal and when i showed him that i ordered the family meal he told me that since the order went through popeyes i would have to reach out to them to fix it. I submitted a complaint on the popeyes website and was told that someone would reach out to me about the order soon. The next dayi got an email asking for a photo of my order and when i said that i couldn't get a photo since it had been over 24 hours since the issue happened they told me they couldn't give me a refund without a photo and have not responded to any other attempts to contact them. How can you offer a service on your website and not be willing to back it up when things get messed up. I hope no one else wastes their money on this pathetic company.

This place is always out of everything annd might get your order correct 20% of the time. Order online and you’ll wait 45 min in store past your pick up time. Just went through the drive through at 9:55 and was told they have no more sandwiches for the whole night…..3hours before close!? I have no idea how this place is still open.
Being born and raised, coming from the deep South, I'll always love me some Popeyes. However, the Customer Service at this location is horrific!!! Staff is very rude, lack of concern, understanding and disrespectful! There's much more to speak of, but I'll just stop there. So if it's quick, fresh, hot food, and correct orders that you are looking for?? This place is definitely NOT IT! Keep driving!!!

This is my second time here. The first time I waited 15 minutes, and it didn't matter because the staff was very attentive and friendly.
On this second occasion, they refused to serve a second drive-thru order. The young lady's attitude was awful, and I didn't like the atmosphere or customer service at all.
I will not return to this place.
