I love the food, but the attitude of the workers makes you not even want to go. I ordered delivery today, my Dasher had to call me to let me know my order may be damaged as the drive through girl had a terrible attitude and shoved the bag of food at him so rough that he wasn't sure if the order was ok. Every time I go to this store that seems to be the case. No one wants to help you, and they act as if you are inconveniencing them.

My lunch was terrible. Biscuit was cold hard. The fries were stale and hard and the chicken was not hot. What is going on with Popeyes in their workers?

Had an issue with my order and went back in the store with my order and Essence the supervisor on duty was by far the most polite and helpful! She replaced my entire order! By far out of all my times in this location on glen ave this has been the most pleasant!

There was water on the floor when I got there and the bathroom light didn't even work, the heat kept going from cold to warm and the rest I was questioning about.

I ordered 8piece chicken with fries I got no fries and a large tub of mashed potatoes that smells bad and tastes bad like it's spoiled. Ugh!

The wait was about 20 minutes in the drive thru, no cars in front of me and only 1 car behind me. I order a 2 piece combo, the bone in lemon pepper wings, and chicken strips. The food was hot, I paid an uncharged for a chicken breast in place of a thigh but when I got home I discovered I had a leg and thigh instead of the leg and breast I paid for. The other food was great.

Arrived at 4:40pm.. lobby was closed. I had a online order so went to the dive thru. The woman in front of me waited 15 min for service.. they kept saying can I take your order and then works say hold on before she had a chance to order ( I could her the speaker .
Mean while several people came a true to getinti the lobby. When it was finally my turn to order I told them I had a online order. They had me pull to the window, where I waited 35 mins for my food, all the whole timethey would open it asking what my order was.. this happened several times.. I finally got my food and weren't home. Only to find the mac and cheese had almost nothing in the cup, and you could tell it was old as the cheese was chunky. Then the beans and rice was only half full and alost NO beans .
Also I was supposed to get a 10 piece only to find a 8 instead and only 1 breast.
This has to be the worst location I have ever been too..there were 6 people working too so it's not like they were understaffed...don't waste you time or money here as there are other locations in the area that are heads above twice one..total wait time in the drive thru was 55 minutes

This is the first review I have ever done but every single time I have ever craved Popeyes I have fear as they love to take their sweet time to even acknowledge you’re even there I understand if they are understaffed as I have worked in this setting but it unacceptable that every single time not just once or twice but every single time I have dealt with this

Placed a mobile order at 6:00 PM and as I type this they had me pull around the building saying they were just dropping my food now and the person behind me, that their food was ready for them. I waited in line for almost 40 minutes for my food not to be done. Was going to wait inside instead of having to waste the gas having my car continue to run and the doors are locked. How is this acceptable for a business? Not to mention as I continue to type other cars are getting this orders and leaving the drive through as I look through the doors I see the employees just standing and talking. Whoever management is, do better.
