Worst of the worst. Owner/sbetter get off their a** and do some in store recon. They didn’t get my order right AGAIN. I just can’t keep trying to go to this filthy place! The drive thru window looks like it had never been cleaned and had been that way for months!!

I normally do not go out my way to post reviews even if the food nasty but this place has been disgusting for far to long.. Management is horribly rude, staff is incompetent and the food is pure trash… They need to shut this location down completely and I will be calling the help department

Do the people even listen when you order your food? They do more talking to each other than taking care of a customer! Yet I know this won’t change anything at all. I want a Three-piece how do I end up with a sandwich that I never asked for? Like it’s not hard to repeat an order! Get it

Mgr. or female in charge spent the first 5 minutes I was there yelling at employee to clock in from front of store to back. Seen 3 customers leave because they were getting no service. Ive given the store multiple chances and Every time I'm in there, I hear we are out of something. Employees don't wear proper gear for handling food. The manager was rude, and the employees just laughed. Waiting area dirty with trash on floor. No napkins or condiments for customers. Then a customer came in the mgr knew, and the customers got put on the back burner to talk with him. I heard mgr make a remark about a delivery driver stealing food, and she said she didn't know him, but all of them do. After waiting half an hour for service and seeing the condition of the store left to kfc right next door. Parking lot covered in food and trash. All the trays had food in them, but no food being served. I know it's a little bit further of drive, but go to Knoxville store glen store should be restaffed. I wonder who's the store manager every time I come here they're out of something do they not know how to restock before they're out I come for some signature spicy wings for the third time and they're out I had a house full of family members so I was going to make over $150 in order but you didn't have what I want so the family gonna have to eat where I eat

I walked in to Popeyes and they said there was gonna be a wait for just a chicken sandwich. This was also during lunch rush. They were also condescending to me as I walked out.
