Ordered a BLT and asked to have the bacon crispy and when I open my sandwich the bacon was almost raw !! Worst sandwich I've ever had and will never go to the place again !! Would have taken it back but was already on the road to drive 45 mins home

Worst sandwich I have ever had! I got the blta all that was on it was two slices of bacon. No lettuce, tomato or avocado. Why offer that sandwich if your not even going to put that stuff on it we have to ask for it separately. Plus the bread was almost burnt on all the sandwiches. I spent $46 on garbage I will never be back

What a mess this location is; this occurred on 8/10/24. Ordered 4 sandwiches and all were a complete mess. Specifically, one order was the BLTA, and when asked what we would like on it, we said "mayo", and the sandwich came just bacon and mayo. Only noticed this at home (since their counter is too high to see if they make it correctly on the spot), and drove back to discuss this with staff. Met with a very rude and curt staff member who blamed me for not ordering correctly - which clearly isn't the case since we asked to add mayo to the BLTA. Further argued with me about how new staff "only thinks the toppings you say are what you want on your sandwich". Clearly there is a huge process issue going on and we were made to feel like it was our mistake; they refused to accept responsibility. We've been to many Potbelly locations and not received this poor of service and treatment. Respectfully told staff we wouldn't be returning and the said "that's fine with us."

Had the Italian, and with the hot peppers it was super tasty with just the right amount of kick. Absolutely would get again, again.

Your pictures lie. Your grilled chicken sandwich in real life hardly had any meat and only microwaved cheese. NO LETTUCE, TOMATO, NOTHING.
For the PRICE? Be embarrassed.
I ate the whole thing and I'm still hungry right now. In this economy? You deserve to fail.

Picked up an online order and arrived at the given time. Then I spent 15 minutes in the drive-thru, waiting behind other customers. At no point I was given an option to get the order inside or someone will bring it out. When I finally got my order, it was obvious that the shakes have just been sitting there and they were completely liquefied and only semi-cold. Likewise the sandwiches were luke-warm at best.Taste-wise we were very happy with the sandwiches and the soup (which was steaming hot) but the shakes were not salvageable and had to be thrown out. One would expect that they have systems in place to prevent this issue and if it weren't for this issue we would have been very satisfied.

Fiancé and I went here. Neither have ever been to a potbelly’s but I will say we will never go back. Even with the free meal tickets they gave.

There was hair in my food to start with. Got a new sandwich and I believe myself and finance have food poisoning because we have doing nothing but getting sick since eating it.

Do not recommend.

One thing that hasn't changed in Peoria since 2020 is this joint's bad sandwiches. I was amazed by their consistency in making trash every single time over the years.

American paper currency comes in seven denominations: $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100. The United States no longer issues bills in larger denominations, such as $500, $1,000, $5,000, and $10,000 bills. But they are still legal tender and may still be in circulation.Tried to buy lunch and was told to go check the other stores along the way to see if they could make change. What a joke. Either accept the currency we use or don't do business here.I will never be back here for any reason.Culver's next door was able to make change like a normal business. Needless to say, I spent my money at Culver's.The reply from the owner is generic. I bet the owner didn't even read it. Talking about we look forward to seeing you soon.No there will be no next time.

Nothing special. Employee weighed meat on a dirty scale. Table was dirty as well as the floor. Employees seemed like they didn't want to be there.
