Picked up an online order and arrived at the given time. Then I spent 15 minutes in the drive-thru, waiting behind other customers. At no point I was given an option to get the order inside or someone will bring it out. When I finally got my order, it was obvious that the shakes have just been sitting there and they were completely liquefied and only semi-cold. Likewise the sandwiches were luke-warm at best.Taste-wise we were very happy with the sandwiches and the soup (which was steaming hot) but the shakes were not salvageable and had to be thrown out. One would expect that they have systems in place to prevent this issue and if it weren't for this issue we would have been very satisfied.

One of the best sandwich shops around peoria area! I come here weekly and Aaron always makes the best sandwiches! He also has such positive attitude and very welcoming no matter what time of the day it is! If you want leave full and satisfied come here!

One thing that hasn't changed in Peoria since 2020 is this joint's bad sandwiches. I was amazed by their consistency in making trash every single time over the years.

American paper currency comes in seven denominations: $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100. The United States no longer issues bills in larger denominations, such as $500, $1,000, $5,000, and $10,000 bills. But they are still legal tender and may still be in circulation.Tried to buy lunch and was told to go check the other stores along the way to see if they could make change. What a joke. Either accept the currency we use or don't do business here.I will never be back here for any reason.Culver's next door was able to make change like a normal business. Needless to say, I spent my money at Culver's.The reply from the owner is generic. I bet the owner didn't even read it. Talking about we look forward to seeing you soon.No there will be no next time.

Fiancé and I went here. Neither have ever been to a potbelly’s but I will say we will never go back. Even with the free meal tickets they gave. There was hair in my food to start with. Got a new sandwich and I believe myself and finance have food poisoning because we have doing nothing but getting sick since eating it.Do not recommend.

Nothing special. Employee weighed meat on a dirty scale. Table was dirty as well as the floor. Employees seemed like they didn't want to be there.

I had meatball sandwich. Best every. Great food. Service needs work. Fresh cut fries, would be a great addition.

April 6 2023: Lunch time. Very sloppy preparing Turkey avocado. Very messy and soggy due to way too much mayo. Glad I wasn't trying to eat this with work clothes or in a car. Was not completely cut in half with parts hanging off making it more difficult to eat. Be sure to check your order before driving away. Likely will not return. Expected better with their high priced food. No more thank you.

The 2 stars is strictly for the service. The cashier just stood there and looked at me and my mom, not saying a word. Finally, I'm like, so do we pay here? Extremely bad attitude, sloppy, ridiculous headband with horns or something ok them. No thank you, nothing at all. I saw another reviewer posting a picture of a cashier from 9 months ago and thats the same one that we encountered during our visit. I can't believe she's still employed there. Total turn off and likely won't be back.

It's a great local spot for a toasted sub sandwich. My go-to is the wreck with hot peppers. If you sign up for their rewards, they will send out buy-one-get-one free every so often. Also, the kids meal is a pretty good deal that comes with a good size sub, drink, cookie, and applesauce for ~6 bucks.

Purchased the BLTA- not sure where the avocado was and the price on the Peoria website referenced one price but charged more. When asked - informed that price wasn’t correct but was informed the app would have the correct (increased) price. Maybe the app also makes reference of the lack of avocado.

Tried the new pastrami and was impressed! Pickles, mayo, mustard. Simple, but my favorite condiments, and quality pastrami. A very tasty sandwich.
