Ordered online. HoH daughter went in to pick up order, gave name, they said they were waiting on rice. No problem. Then manager sends her out with wrong order. Daughter goes back in and manager insists it's the right order. Daughter comes back out with wrong order still I go in and explain we don't have the right order and manager tells me that I do. I give my name and order, and she tells me I called in and this is the replacement. Tell her I didn't call. She argues with me. Im frustrated and hungry and tell her three time my full name, how I placed the order and show her my order again... Finally she realizes she gave us the wrong order and is no longer being rude and curt. I have to wait for them to make my order. I finally get it - without white rice- and she's super nice and offers me a free entree next time I come in. Told her I would likely not ever be back and refused the offer. Her attitude was 100% unacceptable and had she only listened to either myself or my daughter, she might have realized she had confused the orders.

The last thing they want is for customers to go in and stop them from being on your phones. They are rude and unorganized. Give your money to places that want customers

The service of this place absolutely SUCKS!!!!!! I made a mobile order and went inside about 15 minutes later to get it. There was not a soul to be seen until one of the girls with blue hair came out, looked us dead in the face, turned around, and never came back out. We then proceeded to wait another 5 minutes, which felt like an hour because it was so very hot and unbearable in this establishment, until finally we got service - not from the girl with blue hair. This other girl came out, and I told her we have a mobile order…she then STARTS MAKING IT!!! It wasn’t even started and no one was in the place!!!!!!! Then, we had to wait even longer for her to make the order while we are still standing there sweating because of the heat. I will say, the girl who made our order seemed to be the only one that cared about us and she was black with blonde hair and a hat. We then got told by a white girl with blonde hair in a black shirt, that I’m assuming is the manager (a bad one at that) that we “should’ve said something earlier”. I have worked in food service my entire life and never have once told a customer they should’ve said something to get the employees to do their jobs. I don’t know what these employees are doing besides playing in the back while there are customers waiting and food to be made. This was a terrible service experience. Love the food but GET NEW WORKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stopped in tonight to grab a quick dinner after kids sports activities. My son, who is newly diagnosed Celiac, is learning to order how he can safely eat as well as ask them to change their gloves, make accommodations, etc. The staff, especially Tina, was very helpful in accommodating him and not making him feel bad about needing anything special. They even labeled his bowl with the allergy as they packaged it to ensure it was safe. As a mom watching a kid navigate something new, I was very appreciative of how they helped. All of our food was great, hot and good quality. Great service all around. We didn’t get our receipt somehow to leave an official Qdoba review but we wanted to be sure to share our appreciation somehow with tonight’s crew!

The manager was very rude , when I entered the restaurant he was prepping on FaceTime when he preceded to take my order he was very arguementive when I asked him questions about my order just rude and unprofessional and let’s not forget the cross contamination moves he pulled touching the steen to ring things up and went right back to making meals wit the same gloves on very unsanitary.

We actually ordered takeout & ordered the burrito bowls, mine was missing extra brisket which I paid for, the other bowl had rice, lettuce & cheese, no other toppings that were ordered.
Unfortunately we are in the era of you get what you pay for. You do have the right to tell your employees to put their phone away while they are on your time, so try hiring people that actually come to work & not stand around playing on their phone. Maybe try finding better baby sitters. 🤷‍♂️

This place was very clean inside, with a friendly staff( Diane, Gary, and Tina). They went out of their way to cook us fresh veggies even though it was almost closing time. It was truly an above and beyond experience especially compared to Chipotle nearby which was disgusting inside and they were out of chicken and refused to make any more. 11/10 we shall return to Qdoba.

I ordered online and I arrived in the time frame I was given. When I got there, they hadn't even started on my order even though there were no other patrons in the restaurant. Someone came in a few minutes after me and he seemed familiar with the staff. They stopped working on my order and prepared his instead. All the while, they were playing narrated bible stories over the speaker. It was very strange and unsettling. The food was prepared well and tasted good, but I will not be going back due to the bizarre atmosphere and lack of consideration.

Filthy bathroom... hopefully I don't get sick. Almost all of the toppings were empty or disgusting. Worst run Qdoba I've ever been to.
