Brown tinged coleslaw , tough cold tenderloin, I decided after 1 bite not to eat . Dining companions had wings (ok) other philly cheesesteak ( very greasy ) . I expected manager to discuss but just got a look as we walked out after paying $60 plus bill . Luv the idea of underground restaurant, second visit won’t return.

10/10 worst dining experience, I have ever had, we were in a party of 6, we told the waitress is to take their time on everything while we were waiting for the rest of the party, it was perfectly fine then after we ordered drinks and a appetizer we was told that they are out of half the menu..., but by the time that the full party got there, she put her orders in and then we waited almost 40 minutes just to get 3 burgers. I understand that time when a pizza is being made, but for 3 burgers is ridiculous. At that point our party wanted to leave and we told the manager and she said she would tell our waitress to not bring our food but then we got the good and did not even want it and was forced to pay for food we did not even eat... Ridiculous.... Finally we just paid and let with the ladies gave such a hard time about us waiting my family and friends that went today will NEVER be back and I will be telling others of how we was treated.

Came here with my boyfriend for the first time. He ordered the fish sandwich with onion rings and I ordered the pork tenderloin with onion rings. After about 30 minutes, they brought my boyfriend’s order with fries instead of onion rings. When the waitress went to check on my order, she came back and said that the kitchen didn’t even make it. We waited about 20 more minutes for my food, and ended up just asking the waitress to take it off the bill. The waitress herself did a great job. I don’t know what’s going on in the kitchen though. They weren’t even busy at the time. Do not recommend

Arrived with a party of 20, table was ready. But some order's were forgotten or cooked incorrectly. No silverware was ever given, waited another 10 minutes just to eat, which was a shame as the food arrived at a timely manner. There was garbage and plastic bags under the table, showing cleaning was not appropriate done. A reservation was made to accommodate the large party at 6p, but when we tried calling to confirm location no one answered the phone. The website reflected hours it closed st 4p, causing confusion as our reservation was 6p. As many of us tried calling several times, it took one person to go to the location to confirm they are open. They apparently stop answering calls during busy times and just haven't gotten around to update the website hours of operation. Wasn't so happy with my food. I ordered a fish sandwich with tater tots. The tots were soaked in oil, it created a puddle on my plate which soaked into my fish sandwich. I ate 3 tots but couldn't anymore cause of the amount of oil it had made me sick, which spoiled my appetite and couldn't eat anymore at all.

We came in with a large bunch (kids included) on St Patrick's day. They had a stand going upstairs as well. The staff upstairs were great about letting us hide our strollers and wagons away behind them while we went down for drinks and food. The staff was great and right on the ball with everything we needed! it was fantastic!
