I go to smoothie king a LOT and at this location I can never get a smoothie made the same way. I get the same one almost every time, and it’s practically a different drink every time.Sometimes it tastes good! When they listen and actually add the stuff I ask them to and pay extra for.But most of the time I end up going to another location or another place to get something to eat instead of stopping here and wasting my money.
Did an online order went to pick it up doors are all locked female inside working just looks at you and walks away horrible customer service!
Can you guys open up earlier at like 6:00 so I can stop before 7AM shift to get a smoothie?
Bruh, had to wait a full hour for my smoothie cause they only have one dude working. I was the 3rd person in there. Either close down or get more people!!!!!!
The staff, Paige and Liz, were outstanding tonight on 11/5/21. They suggested a wonderful option for me during their busy schedule on 5$ Friday. They were very friendly to all of the customers and were extremely quick with the preparation. Thanks!
The drinks are great. Staff works hard. Bogus as hell though that they can't take tips on card. So many times I've wanted to tip but don't have cash on me. They should be able to get their money!

I went in this morning for the $5 medium smoothies and I am very disappointed with the customer service and how my drink tasted. I ordered 3 smoothies and waited 30 minutes to get my order due to the blenders going down. I understood and waited patiently as the manager got the blenders up and running. When I received my order, all 3 smoothies were not a smoothie consistency instead it was very much like water and it tasted watered down. I called the store and was put on hold for 15 additional minutes. I tried to call back and the recording said the store was temporarily closed. So I called the Grand Prairie store and I was told I can not get my 3 smoothies made over because they can not give out free smoothies(like I did not just pay for 3 smoothies). I am very disappointed on the service and the quality of my smoothie!!! I probably wont go back to Smoothie King again.
Ordered with the online app. My card was charged and I got an email confirmation it would be ready at 8:24 AM. Drove to store and even though the sign said open at 7:00 AM the store was locked. I have been trying to call to get a refund for 2 hours with no answer.EDIT: They called and credited my account so I changed to 3 stars.
Inhospitable place will not patronize this place again.

I came in to smoothie king this morning and stood literally 30 minutes before I had no choice but to leave for work because the lady at the counter hadnt helped anyone that was in line and was taking her time only doing orders that came in online and ignored everyone else. She looked like she completely hated her job and didn't even acknowledge the people waiting. Many people left before I did and she still ignored the people standing in line. I've never had problems with smoothie king in the past but this really bothered me because her customer service skills were terrible. I usually dont leave negative reviews and I'm sorry but today deserves a negative review.
Service was not great. Some young woman not wearing a bra seemed to wreak of marijauna, obnoxious laugh for no reason and seemed heavily intoxicated.
These smoothies are amazing! Fresh ingredients, soooo tasty and helpful staff. Definitely my go to place for a smoothie!
The smoothie was ok but what really took me by surprise was the employees lack of safety. Several were wearing their masks incorrectly (below the nose) and one didn’t have a mask on at all. I was shocked! I won’t be coming back to this location, even after the pandemic. Careless and ignorant. Please save yourself the time and money if you or a family member are high risk, or if you just care about the well being of others at all.
Not safe for attendance during this pandemic! Great tasting menu have tried almost everything they have and I cannot say they have any bad flavorUpdate went there on the 18 of November 2020 and was discussed by what I found. I ordered online for curbside pickup and when I called the location upon arrival I was told that they do not offer the curbside pickup and I would need to come in to the restaurant to get my drink. I informed her that I was not comfortable coming in and that is why I ordered it curbside. She asked me if there was a particular reason I did not want to come into the location. I was a bit shocked ? but I said there is a pandemic right now(COVID-19). She laughed at me and then said that is the only way I can get my drink. I told her I would like a refund then so she said “you’re gonna have to come in for that too.” I was a little confused as to where her customer service skills were obtained. After thought I decided to entertain the establishment with my mask and gloves on and I found a worker with no PPE on standing in the middle of the business. That worker pretended another customer and I were not there by ignoring our presence. She stood there doing paper work and going over the machines without a mask on! I will not attend this location again it’s just not safe for me or my family! Another great franchise going in the dirt!
