Tried to go here when I was 9 months pregnant. I reeeaaaally had to go pee but the employees refused to let me use the public restroom that said “please ask employee for bathroom key”. They said they only let employees use it. I tried waiting in line to order but had to go so bad, we had to leave. Idk who denies a visibly very pregnant person the bathroom lol boycotting smoothie king after that one

Ordered a strawberry Gladiator with cocoa and coconut water add on at this location multiple times and every time there’s never actually any protein in the drink in this location. Just water and cocoa and ice. I called to notify the location of its error and a teenage boy answered the phone , “Hello?” As of it was his house phone. When I told him of the issue he just said “Ok, well you’ll have to talk to someone else about it”. Always missing the key ingredients here, I have never had any issues at other locations, but I definitely want my $15 refund.

Took forever!!!!!!! There were no cars in the parking lot and only one ahead of me in the Drive-Thru. I got the dude perfect smoothie and they didn't even ask me if I wanted the up charge for the special cup. They just automatically tried to make me pay for it. Smoothie tasted like it was missing a key ingredient, I think they used double ice. Almost no flavor, it was actually horrible. Would never return or recommend.

I wish they had a smoothie king franchise in Utah where I’m from! Great selection, even though i always get my go to which is a 32 oz peanut power plus. So good. They’re often short staffed but give wonderful service. Be patient while waiting for your order, it’s worth it!
