I go to both Grand Prairie and the East Peoria locations. The staff at both are constantly working trying to get everyone their orders. They are not on their phones or visiting amongst themselves like other fast food places. Everything is made to order and they do a great job with good service and drinks. When I see a negative review these people must not be reading the room. Keep up the great work staff!

I’m waiting in line, now for already 10 minutes, when a man walks up to the walk up counter and orders his smoothie. He was told he was going to have to wait due to the drive thru line, which has 5 cars ahead of me and one behind me. He made a stink about it saying his wife is pregnant. She was sitting in the car either way. He received his order within 5 minutes while I sat there another 20 waiting to even place my order. I understand the cc reader was down causing the issue for the wait, but it’s not okay that the guy got to skip the line because his wife is “pregnant” which can’t even be verified since she was SITTING IN THE CAR anyways. A smoothie is a want, not a need, even if you’re pregnant. The special treatment was not fair. I told the kid at the window and just asked that I receive a coupon for a free smoothie on my next visit. He said they don’t have coupons, that he would give my information to the manager. I doubt I hear back from the manager. Businesses need to treat people fairly and in the order of arrival. How do you know I’m not pregnant? Maybe I should just say that to get special treatment also.
