placed on online order, get to the store and there’s no one there since it’s the dead of winter. go to the drive through, and the employees tell us they won’t be making our drinks for another 10 minutes because the order wasnt “due”????? until then? they literally pretended to sweep and clean instead of making the one order they had to make. sat there for 10 minutes before they even started. i was actually so shocked at the pure idiocy it took me a while to process. i will not be back

I go to both Grand Prairie and the East Peoria locations. The staff at both are constantly working trying to get everyone their orders. They are not on their phones or visiting amongst themselves like other fast food places. Everything is made to order and they do a great job with good service and drinks. When I see a negative review these people must not be reading the room. Keep up the great work staff!
