Do literally anything to signal when carhop is closed instead of letting people sit there for 30 minutes past the pickup time. There are cones littered in the lot that could of been put in the stalls to signal they are closed. Refused to remake the cold food too so there is that.

I have been to sonic lots of time but this is the last time...I have been a loyal customer to sonic but to many times I spend lots of money....they mess up the order...and or they dont give you what you are supposed to have...if they offer to make it over for you...you are left waiting 15 to 20 to 30 minutes or longer for one burger and they still bring it out wrong...at this point im just fed up with it. Like if im spending my hard earned money with you then the least that could be done is reading the ticket and making my order correct the first time...like tonight my order was sooo messed up...I let them remake a burger that took 20 minutes and then it still came out wrong...n I didnt care about the other food being messed up at this point....so what i can be waiting another half n hour or hour for it to be made and it may or may not be right.....this was the nail n the coffin for me...

Terrible. Had yo use drive thru, not only was it unprofessional, but food was not prepared correctly. Ordered a strawberry sprite, the drink was half ice with the other half filled with strawberries. Would not recommend at all.

My mother went through the drive thru tonight. It took over 15 minutes with not so many cars. She ordered 3 pretzels and was told she could only get two at a time... ridiculous. Once she got to window asked why. The man didn't know why she was told that and was a given a free third one, but we received No cheese dipping sauce. Not the first time we've had crappy service, but other times when there aren't hardly any customers we have decent service. Hit or miss. Sad.

We ordered cheese sticks, chicken sandwich,fries, chicken tenders, a pretzel and ice cream + a berry drink. All was fantastic. Normally when you think of crinkle cut fries you think of those pale and soggy and sad tasting French fries but here they were crispy and seasoned. All of the food was amazing will Definitely get again

Just got food- a double smasher burger. It’s absolute fire. Best sonic meal in a second, and I’m a sonic lover. Employee was super nice and apologized for the wait- even tho it was highkey only five minutes if that. But yeah everything in the order was hot. My meal the burger and fries was so delicious. New sonic location for sure. Everybody deserves a raise🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

They have consistently given me a diet drink the last three times I've ordered. It's about 50/50 every time before that.
Why does someone have to wait 35 mins just to get drinks???? And to top it off the dang lid one of my 5 drinks was not closed properly. Needless to say it got all over my daughter! Not one napkin was given!

Put in an online order. Sonic was not unusually busy. After waiting over 30 minutes after checking into the stall, we went through the drive thru and were told they were short staffed and hadn't even started making the order. Took about 50 minutes total.

2 TERRIBLE experiences at Sonic located at 4305 North Sterling in Peoria IL. 6 months ago we went through the drive thru ordering 2 chili dogs and fries ($45 bucks!) After waiting 20 minutes we buzzed the intercom to ask about our order. Was told that it was coming out. Another 20 minutes later, they brought out the wrong order. We sent it back and waited ANOTHER 10 minutes. I went to the kitchen door only to find ALL visible staff eating the wrong order while joking and laughing at the whole incident. Called corporate. Got a half-hearted apology.
Today, we thought we'd give them another chance. I ordered the double bacon "smash" burger with extra pickle, extra onion and smash sauce on the side. I got a double bacon burger (no "smash") with NO pickle, NO onion and a sauce that was actually mayonnaise SLATHERED all over it. I also ordered the chili cheese tots which were just gross! Done with Sonic! You have gone sooooo downhill!!!
