Highly disappointed with this location and the way I was spoken to by the staff just now. I came through the drive through to order the viral "labor inducing drink" just for fun and sweet treat for myself. I jokingly asked if they had ever heard of it and immediately had two employees belittling me through the speaker at the menu saying "we don't make anything like that here" and "you do know that will do nothing for you right".... obviously I know that this is probably not what is going to put me into labor - be for real. I was just making conversation and hoping to try something new. To be ganged up on for something so silly as a sugary drink is insane. I haven't been going to Starbucks for awhile as it is, because local businesses deserve my money more than this place, but one thing is for certain now, I will never give this location another dime of my money. Insanely rude to speak to me like I'm stupid for wanting to try something new.

I have had this happen twice recently. I always get the larg coffee.
The cups are not strong enough. You pick up the cup, the lid pops off and your hand gets scalded. They told e they double cup the large cups. We'll both time it was not doubled. Iuse Starbucks regularly. I am reconsidering my options.

This has happened twice now.The Large cups for coffee are not strong enough. When you pick up the cup it is flexible and the lid pops off .That results in your hand getting scalded and your legs from where you end up dropping the cup. They told us they usally double cup the large cup to prevent that. Neither time has it been double cupped.

This is the only Starbucks I will visit. The staff is the best. Always great service, and I have to shout out Rachel who was so helpful with my large order. Can't get that kind of customer service anywhere else.

This Starbucks is closest to my house, which is why I go to it every morning. As a former starbucks worker i’m aware of the expectations for the workplace. The past few months my visits have been tainted by Jeanna, doesn’t say a word to me, ignores me when i say thank you, doesn’t even attempt to say a word to me. The two boys who are usually there are my favorite, very friendly and i look forward to seeing them! Definitely needs some work here, especially when i spend 20 dollars every morning..least you could do is tell me your welcome

Let's see when I use my personal cup discount I get 25 stars, yesterday was triple star day. Before ordering I had 156 stars ,so I should of received 75 stars. Wow I thought adding was one of the easiest to do 157+75 comes out to 231 stars not 213. I guess I will quit returning to this store. Whether it is "Starbucks, " itself or the store I am being screwed. Anyone else out there having the same problem? So you guys wonder why you losing money, it could be because of the prices going to high and you screwed people out of stars and other areas of business!!!

This location probably isn’t my favorite and I’m not sure if I would come back again. None of the employees greeted you as you walk into the door when there were 5 back behind the counter. I was the only one in there waiting for someone to take my order and they took 5 minutes before waiting on me. I’m not sure what the issue was. I also received my drink with hardly a liquid in it to where it could have been filled more than it was.

Drive thru is quite slow, inside is generally kind of dingy, seems understaffed (because the people there are doing their best with what they have to work with... it's not a staff problem, it's a staffing problem.)

Wheelchair accessibility: Only ok, not great. Difficult to wheel around inside.
