Everything here is always great! The staff is always energetic and smiling and kind! I order a cold drink usually and they always make it right. The store is clean and there is seating inside and out. The drive though is usually busy and people seem genuinely happy with their purchase and service. Its right in the corner of War Memorial and Prospect so it has a convenient location and if you live nearby, its a short walk up.Parking: The lot is shared with other businesses.

So I ordered the same drink I order every single time I go to Starbucks. I told them specifically what I wanted. Sometime we make mistakes. Personally I love vanilla sweet cream that’s why I’m willing to pay the extra for it. But if I tell you what I’d like and it’s not right, the manager shouldn’t argue back with me, I mean I’ve never had that happen before at any other location. Sometimes they add to much espresso and I ask for a small side of sweet cream so they don’t have to make the whole drink again. And they have no problem giving it to me as my drink I get is $14.00 and some change. For 1 drink! And I’m okay with that because I usually get exactly what I want. I expressed this to the manager, and said I’ve never had to pay extra for the sweet cream in the side if they didn’t put the extra extra in that I ordered. He said well I’m charging you, I said they do it at every single one I’ve been too. He said which one I named off East Peoria location which is fantastic. Glen and Sterling! He started naming off the managers names afterwards saying well guess I have to call this person and that person etc, I said excuse me? I don’t care what their names are, the point is I paid $14 for a drink and you guys didn’t put enough in it after I’ve been for extra extra. He then was speaking to me like I was one of his children and shut the window on me. Absolutely ruined my entire day. Starbucks is genuinely a part of my daily routine, Starbucks starts my day off great any other time! I was super upset with the service and treatment.

Yes the coffee and treats are a bit pricey, but its oh so good. The people that work at the Peoria Heights location are all very friendly and if they don't get your order right (which is hardly ever) they will make you the correct one.

For this area, there are 4 locations and I believe this is one of 2 that are open. It was fantastic. I got my regular white mocha frap. It was perfect. The day before I went to the downtown location and they made the same thing and essentially handed me mixed ice cream, no coffee ??♀️ this place is perfect, friendly, fast-paced. Thank you!
