This is always my main stop every morning. I always get a venti gingerbread Chai latte. The staff are always so friendly and understanding and generous. They go super above and beyond for their customers. I've pretty much became a regular at this point.
They deserve 5 stars all the way.

Went inside bc the drive-thru was backed up, but they were so focused on the drive-thru and delivery orders that I waited 20 min for a sandwich and an iced coffee.

I always order at this unit, i usually order in the app and pick up at drive thru, and by mistake i hit the button without customizing my order (choosing i had a cup to win 25 extra points) and i went there and asked if she could cancel my receipt and redo it just so i can get the points, and she was kind of mean the way she said (it happened once before in another unit and the employee was super kind and did that for me). I am so disappointed, i go there everyday and i really enjoy having the points to change for another drinks and cups, and they always were so kind and in a happy mood that made me feel really bad today. If she said she didnt know how to do it was totally fine!

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks location. The employees are exceptionally kind and well-trained. They go above and beyond to learn customers’ names and genuinely seem happy to see you, which creates such a welcoming atmosphere. The store itself is always clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable spot to grab a coffee or spend some time. Highly recommend this location!

The customer service I received this morning was so nice and refreshing. The very sweet girl at the window had a nice conversation with me and seemed like she really cared. She was also able to help me pick out a drink that was perfect. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, but thank you for your kindness!

I went there yesterday with my personal cup and order my drink. I told Laura I would like to use my personal cup discount and it was triple star day 6/26/24 and I was running errands all day get home and check out my stars. Usually I get 25 stars when I use my personal cup discount when using my cup so I should of received 75 stars and all I get is 21 stars, I believe I will not go to this location and maybe take my business to another coffee shop.

Stood basically yelling at the attendant to get a cup of water and she never acknowledged me. Another person walked up and gave it to me and said she was occupied. Never apologizing or anything.
Just came from Starbucks. My order tasted like watered down milk. Thanks allot.
