Ordered our food and drinks on the app 20 minutes before we drove over. Waited 10 minutes and they hadn't even started one of our drinks. By the time all the drinks are ready our food was cold and we asked them to reheat it and they said no and they would not give us new sandwiches either.

Starbucks Coffee at 5036 N Big Hollow Rd in Peoria IL opened a year ago, it offers both indoor and drive thru service, has a pleasant ambiance and seating outdoors, modern design, and a very spacious layout indoors. I met at this Starbucks to have coffee with a friend of mine, who had ordered Iced White Chocolate Mocha ($5.75), I opted for Hot Latte ($3.95) and also ordered Cheese Danish ($3.65) to go. Everything also had an added tax of 11.0%. We enjoyed our coffees, were greeted very friendly by the staff and management. The ambiance was very casual and relaxed. Starbucks Coffee is right off I-150 Highway (West War Memorial Drive), exit to the shopping plaza (Target, TJMaxx), free spacious parking is onsite both at the front and at the back area of Starbucks.

I get shorted on my hot drinks almost every single time by a fair amount. Enough that I'm basically paying for a size larger than the amount I actually get. I've tried requesting no milk foam hoping that would resolve the issue but keep getting shorted and still get milk foam despite my request to have none. I may try another location but if this continues, I will stop doing business with Starbucks altogether. The quality of the products are good, I just don't like paying more for less.

I moved into my first apartment around the time this store opened. Since this store is in the middle of my short commute to work I have stopped by multiple times. Each time the barista's are beyond friendly. My order has never been messed up. The drive thru, parking lot, and inside are always clean.I have never written a review for a restaurant before, but the service and quality of this store deserves recognition. Keep up the good work, and thank you to the wonderful staff for always making my morning a little brighter!

I paid 10 dollars for a disgusting caramel latte that was barely 3/4 of the way full. Thats embarassing and gross. We don't need a THIRD of you if your coffee isn't even prepared properly.*disrespectfully
