Waited 25 minutes for a single coffee that was then made wrong. Will never go to this location again. Love Starbucks but this is the worst ran store in a 50 mile radius by far.

Good service, good drink presentation. New starbucks don't have a lot of atmosphere and can be very loud. Best kept secret, use your travel mug ... save $.10 and get 25 bonus stars.

They shouldn’t take order if they’re overwhelmed with the orders and can’t support existing orders spent almost 30mins to get free holiday cup..Only reason I went there to get the free holiday cup not a big fan of their coffee to be honest they have given us the plastic cup to drink whole year. Spent $7 to get or so get sugared drink it too much sugar..I will never ever go to Starbucks for drinking coffee in my life..

I asked for no foam on my hot drink now we all know that when you steam milk it will foam up. But that’s why Starbucks has the large spoons to scoop stuff like that off I requested for the foam to be scooped off my drink I’m currently pregnant and the foam really upsets my stomach. I explained this while ordering and the photo below is what I received. The disregard from the baristas to blatantly disregard my request is a form of disrespect. The drinks that we buy are not cheap if I pay for it why can’t I receive it the way I asked for it I’m very disappointed smh I had to go home and take the foam off which by that time my hot drink is now cold. This is the kind of thing that can really make Starbucks lose customers little things matter Starbucks use to be big on the little things. Guess the money is all Starbucks cares about.

Please bring back the oleato. Only branch in Peoria without it on the menu. Great drinks these days, had been up or down over the year. Whenever Julian ran it, it was great. Then took a dip but it’s been great.

Need to order 20-25 mins ahead if you want your order to be ready for pick up when you get there (most times I just get a hot coffee from their drip machines) and I’ve never received a coffee that doesn’t need stirred and didn’t leak.

Pioneer Parkway, Peoria, IL location. Wanted to go in and do a little work while having breakfast. Not with thumping music! And by the way, Covid is over, bring back the “help yourself” to cream and sugar. Server filled my cup to the top and then I asked for cream and sugar, what a mess. The place was empty, 8am, no wonder!

The last few times I have been the service has been horrible. I order black americanos and they are never done when the app advises it will be. If it is done, it's held behind the counter and not in the mobile to go area. Half the time, I'm not greeted. I was there today and was never once greeted or asked about my order. The workers looked at me but never said a word. When asked for my order, it was done. I have light room on the label, but it is a quarter filled. Do not recommend this location for mobile orders!
