Born and raised in Peoria, I was in town and was going to grab a sandwich before leaving out wow......almost $20 for the meal and it's a small. No thank you. I remember when the meal was like 10 or $11.Where I live @ now for a steak meal it is NOT ALMOST $20...that's ridiculous and food quality is not worth that price now.
P.S. DON'T LET THE TALL LADY RUN YOU OFF SHE'S BEEN LIKE THAT SINCE I CAN REMEMBER SHE'S NOT GOING TO CHANGE HER MOOD FOR NO ONE IJS.....?

The BEST cheesesteak, customer service, clean atmosphere, and good location.
This is always my first stop when I come back to Peoria. I get the same thing each time: Jr. Philly Cheesesteak combo. Living in Philly I have noticed they are not the same... they do not toast the bread or add all the extra loving. Peoria's Cheesesteak taste authentic, toasted bread, perfect amount of cheese and toppings, and served with a smile. Well worth the cook to order style! Definitely add an order of Baklava for dessert.
Also they're health codes have been 100% for as long as I have been going (since 2006). What other restaurant has that credibility...NONE! Parking street or by the restaurant both are close

Philly cheesesteak, very delicious. Italian beef, really good. Fires were excellent, cheese sauce was interesting. Onion rings were good.Staff looked like they had a long day, and weren't really friendly. Cleanness was okay.
Today I went in to grab a sandwich for the second time in a week, and the owner overcharged me and I did not know about it, then he returns the money to me when I come to pick my order up what a great human being he is they don’t make people like this anymore! Not only was I gonna come back again I’m gonna always come back plus his steak sandwiches are stuffed with steak far more than any other place and I love Philly sandwiches! And I stand on that. You have to wait a little bit for your fresh food but it’s worth it because the fries are fresh and real potatoes I just wanted to say something positive because people say something negative online too often. They have more than half a dozen 100s on their health score. Please try them out if you haven’t already. ??
