Do not order online from this location for any reason. Last week I ordered lunch for myself and a coworker for our lunch break. When I arrived I was told that they could not make my food and then that they could not give me a refund because they don't know how. I had to go to Walmart's customer service to get helping getting one of the employees to call the manager and then she just screamed at me across the counter over this girl's speaker phone. I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN A REFUND. I'm having to contest the charges with my bank, which is absolutely ridiculous, and I lost my entire lunch hour trying to just get my money back for food that I didn't receive. I'm only at this location once a week and no I cannot drive across town just to deal with this because you refuse to properly train your employees - who didn't even take my contact information because they were too busy sitting in the back playing on their phones. I don't need to be standing there for you to issue a refund. This location needs some serious help or they should just close it. I can't believe I'm still dealing with this a week later.

I went to this Subway inside of walmart and found the prep area and counter to be clean, with the veggies all fresh. Nothing was old. I was impressed with Antonio, who was working solo and handling the orders; replacing his gloves each order. The sandwich was good quality abd the service excellent. I went back the next day to find the same quality. I'll be going back to this location for Subway in the future.

I placed an online order for two sandwiches. I picked it up and didn’t think to check it till I got home. When I looked the veggies and sauces were each on the wrong sandwich. I went back and explained what was wrong politely. She had me take a seat and said she’d remake the sandwiches. She made an additional online order, and waited on two more customers before remaking my sandwich. In addition to all this, there was no offer to help increase my satisfaction after waiting all that time. This subway may be convenient since it’s in Walmart, but definitely don’t do online pickup.

Don’t order for pickup. There is no tracking and no proper response. Most of the time you don’t get what you order. Waste of time and money

Whenever i go into subway in the morning there is a kind African American women that is always greeting me with a smile on her face, and she always makes sure my food is correct. I love going in there when she is there because she is so positive and treats her customers with respect, and kindness.

Been here a couple times for a quick snack after grocery shopping Went in this afternoon Letisha was welcoming place was clean and she had fresh bread & cookies I specifically wanted to make sure they had avocado before I ordered, the times I usually come they never had avocado. Night shift employees seem to be a bit lazy tables weren’t wiped off the drink station would be dirty. I was definitely pleased today

The night employees must do better I come here every morning nothing clean she’s cleaning cooking and still have patience to deal with her customers I’ve noticed this more than once the night employees acts as if they don’t have to work after closing if it wasn’t for the day staff I would choose other subway I’m giving 5 stars to morning shift

Went to get grocery’s and a few things from Walmart and my husband and I were ready to get subway! Absolutely horrible the condiments were nasty looking the lady couldn’t understand what we were trying to order! We still paid to sit down and eat and the chicken tased old she used the same gloves for the person in front of us and both of our orders!! We threw the food away and left absolutely the worst subway experience I’ve ever had
