Terrible store and service. Ordered online, drive 30 minutes to pick up only for the guy to tell us he didn’t have those in stock after accepting the order. When asked to cancel, he didn’t understand a word of English, was working in the kitchen with flip flops on and started speaking to someone on the phone instead.

Good service! They are accepting coupons that comes from mail. For all the times we've been there the place was clean and the toppings are all available. I think this is family owned.

Ordered a curbside pick up order on the app. I sit outside for 10 minutes. One of the owners walked out, rudely told me my order was ready, I just had to go inside to get it and then walked to his car. This store was NOT busy. One person walked in while I was waiting, no other cars in the lot or people in the store. No signs on the door saying no curbside, curbside parking spot still clearly marked. Had I known, I wouldn't have sat there waiting for ten freaking minutes. If you don't offer curbside for whatever reason, disable it from your store, cover the curbside parking sign, and put a notice on the door, do SOMETHING. Why did the owner have to be rude about it? Wouldn't grabbing my order on his way out and explaining there's no curbside be a better option for customer service? 🤔 I'm a pretty reasonable person, but I'll go out of my way to not go to this location. Stuff like this is why there's no one there at 5:45pm, when most other places are slam packed.

Worst subway ever: no clue what they are doing and flatbread was rubbery and tough . Could barely cut it w a knife how tough it was. My bosses sandwich had 2 slices of pepperoni and a tablespoon of sauce on her pizza sub.

count your days subway. was supposed to be double meat didnt get a gatorade that i paid for nor extra cheese. i did pay for a foot long and a 6 inch. got 2 six inch sandwiches. you could have kept your attitude for yourself. if you looking for a decent sandwich. this aint the one.

Probably one of the worst subways I’ve been to. Everytime I come or place a mobile order, the mobile order is never ready - even while they are not busy. My current ticket for mobile order had just been sitting on the table, even though the entire store was empty. Service in the inside needs work as most employees are just rude. This place needs some serious help.

The inside of my sandwich was good. The bread… hard as a brick. I literally had to peel off the top part of the sandwich just to eat it. I will give them another try and maybe try a different bread, but if it’s the same problem, I probably won’t be back to this Subway.

Not opened at 8:30! Usually I can come in at 8am and get my cookies but lately every other day it doesn’t open on time.

Wow, this place has quite a few issues. The staff was friendly, but the drive through didn't work. It said to drive to the window and honk. So did over and over and then had to go inside. They got my sandwich made and then realized they didn't have any mayonnaise (which isn't the workers fault).
She did remember later there were packets, so good save, but when I got the $12.00 plus 6" size inch sandwich, the bread was so old and dry it crumbled all over everything. I don't think I'll be going back.
