I’m not usually a fan of subway so for me to admit that I loved my food is really saying something. What was better than the food was the service, the two ladies behind the counter were so kind and interactive, it’s been a great experience eating here today.

Subject: Complaint About Poor Service Experience
Dear Subway Owner/Manager,
I had a very bad experience at your store today.
When I entered, the lady at the counter (her name was Chrissy) didn’t greet me and instead asked, “Are you the DoorDasher?” She seemed to ask that to every customer entering the store, which felt very unwelcoming.
I asked for a footlong sandwich on Italian Herb & Cheese bread, but she gave me plain Italian bread and after she changed it.I also told her I don’t eat any kind of meat or beef. I asked for American cheese and a veggie patty, but she didn’t listen properly and toasted it before confirming. When I reminded her about the veggie patty, she got angry and rudely said, “I asked you before — it’s on the meat side.” and how I know they put veggie patty on the meat side.I was only trying to confirm there was no meat mixed in the veggie patty.
She didn’t explain anything clearly and made it seem like getting the veggie patty was a big inconvenience. If veggie patties are kept on the meat side, how are customers supposed to know that? It should be visible on both sides.
Then I bought a Subway sandwich and a 44 oz drink. When I tried to get ice, the machine had no ice. I asked her, and she said, “We don’t have ice,” without even saying sorry or informing me beforehand. She knew there was no ice, but still didn’t let me know before I paid.
I felt very bad about the whole experience but stayed calm and didn’t argue. I’ve visited this location many times and never had such a poor experience. I’ve never seen this employee before, but I believe someone with this kind of attitude should not be working behind the counter.
Employees like her hurt the business. If I could give her a negative rating, I would. She doesn’t even deserve one star. I respect all businesses, but not rude behavior or bad attitudes. As paying customers, we expect respectful service.

They prepare our lunch for our monthly work meeting. Order is always right and ready on time. Clean shop and very nice.
