I went here yesterday 1/4/25 around 5pm and the two guys working the store were INCREDIBLY friendly and professional. I love how they initiated conversation and how they made me feel super welcome even at a time when there wasn't anyone else there. I have been here many of times either by myself or occasionally with my students, and this time was no exception to the high quality of service I always receive here. Please give both of these guys a shout out for me!

It seems like the staff isn’t interested in serving customers. One employee looked visibly annoyed, acting as if she didn’t want people coming in, while another was just scrolling on her phone, looking bored. The yogurt machines weren’t clean, and the toppings were a mess. I won’t be coming back.

I have been going to Sweet Cece’s since they were under the old ownership. I have always loved the atmosphere and the yogurt and toppings are good. This Saturday night, I went at 9pm. My cousins were in town and we wanted to get a sweet treat. We walked in, no employees greeted us. Normally whenever I walk in somewhere and I am not greeted, I don’t think much of it because they might not have seen me come in. However, when I walked in here, the employees stared directly at us, but did not say hi. We got our yogurt and I paid with card. My cousins tried to pay with cash, to which the employees responded, “We are not taking cash at this time.” When I paid with card, they turned the tablet around for it to display the questions to ask for a tip, so I knew the tablet was working. I could clearly see the employees counting the drawer. When I went in, it was 9 and they closed at 10 because it was a Saturday. I work in food and even if it is fifteen minutes to close, if a customer pays with cash, we will just recount the drawer. If they want to count the drawer an hour early and not accept cash then, there needs to be a sign on the door or something. What if someone had gotten their yogurt and they try to pay with cash and have no way to pay when they are denied? That is money lost for your company just so they can leave right at 10. While we were sitting eating our yogurt, we were watching how the employees interacted with other customers. They did not greet anyone or ask anyone if they would like to try a sample of something. One employee, caucasian girl with brown hair and a tattoo on her forearm, had her elbows rested on the counter, rubbing her eyes tiredly. Doing this is front of customers is completely inappropriate and if I was the person she was checking out, it would have made me feel like the biggest inconvenience ever. The other employee was shorter, also caucasian with brown hair. I also noticed they were closing up. They were emptying the trash cans and taking the nozzles off the yogurt machines. Not only were they closing in front of customers trying to enjoy their yogurt, they were doing it in an incredibly loud way. This made me feel like they just wanted us out so badly. We decided to leave because it just felt plain awkward. When we went to throw away our yogurt cups, they told us we had to throw them away outside. There was still at least 30 minutes until they closed. They need to know that they can’t be completely closed, ready to leave, when there are still customers coming in and going out. I have never had such bad service coming to Sweet Cece’s, but if this is how the service is going to be from now on, I will not be coming back and I will spread the word.

Had a hazelnut pistachio Gelato topped with mini chocolate chips, sliced almonds,brownie ,Rocky chocolates and hot fudge on top which is absolutely delightful.
I went there with my friend and we had the best time my favorite topping was the cookie dough it was delicious and the ice cream was amazing i got the green apple sherbet and it tasted amazing as well. Also there’s comfortable seating! It’s easy to get your ice cream and topping and everything!! I love this place! I recommend going there!!
Kid-friendliness: Kids can go in and enjoy all the wonderful desserts and make some memories!!

It seems like there aren't many self serve froyo places like this anymore. Was so happy to find this place! Everything was great quality and the staff was super friendly. They let you sample the flavors first. Plenty of space to sit. Highly recommend it.

Great cute place a lot of options. Very clean the yogurt really good and creamy. A lot of different toppings to choose from. Definitely a must to come check it out.
We were in from out of town and decided to stop in - so glad we did!! The GPS routed us to the parking lot and we got a little turned around once we got into the parking lot, but we are glad we found it! It’s so cute inside, with unusual collections of chairs and tables in little nooks. The prices are reasonable, the options are plentiful, and the two employees were so genuinely warm and friendly. I wish we lived closer - we’d be there all the time!!
