Second time within the past 3 months that the dairy free option we were interested in, did not work. The employees were unable to troubleshoot the machine, so we left.

Overpriced and weirdly flavored. The yogurt was tart (possibly user error) and my girlfriend's tasted like plastic. The ice cream dispensers go way too quick as well. Will not be coming back.
Usually a fun place to stop with the kids after dinner. I feel like it’s declined a bit over the years. Cup holders not working well that all the cups come flying out. Half of the ice cream machines weren’t working, at least at the time of our visit 5/10. Some of the candy machines were empty that the kids used to like to get. It’s always a busy place. It just needs a little spruce up.

Don't ever get the cups by weight. Ever. They are very large and the levers for the ice cream will always put out more than you expect. I always get the flat rate because let's face it, you come here for the toppings (which also come out fast, so again, always get the flat rate).
Speaking of toppings, I feel like this location has gone downhill. The toppings at the bar are kind of difficult to get out of their containers and often all stuck in the spoons. With how many people are touching them, I feel like it is not the most sanitary, either.
The people are always nice and I like the ambiance, so still giving 2 stars.

I went here yesterday 1/4/25 around 5pm and the two guys working the store were INCREDIBLY friendly and professional. I love how they initiated conversation and how they made me feel super welcome even at a time when there wasn't anyone else there. I have been here many of times either by myself or occasionally with my students, and this time was no exception to the high quality of service I always receive here. Please give both of these guys a shout out for me!
