My experience sucked orders on line to be ready to pick up at 11am with no sour cream food didnt come out till 1115 get back to work to find out there is extra sour cream no since in ordering ahead

The good - our food was fresh and was prepared quickly, and the staff is friendly.The negative - our order was prepared incorrectly, and this has occurred multiple times recently by both this location and by other locations owned by this franchisee (LucWork).Specifically, for this most recent visit we ordered (on the mobile app) two Stackers with no nacho cheese and added steak and jalapeno sauce. It comes with the three-cheese blend by default, but for our order they left off all of the cheese. We also ordered two 5-layer burritos with no nacho cheese, but they left the nacho cheese on and removed the shredded cheese. Additionally, we ordered Cinnamon twists and the bag was half full.

There's nothing really unique about this location. Like every Taco Bell it's Mexican fast food, more fast food than Mexican. It's a comfortable place to eat so you know what you're getting no matter where it's located.
Don’t think I will ever go back. Got wrong order twice. Wasted time driving back to the restaurant. awful service!! Don’t go

It's taco bell. I went late. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling so incredibly sick. I started praying hard "oh lord, please forgive me. Please do not let me succumb to the tacos." Yall, I went to war in the spirit. Whatever happened here was demonic. I prayed all night that I would live. Is got mad at my wife for not making dinner bc I thought it was her fault. I had to forgive her too bc I was praying for healing, and didn't want the resentment to block me off from my miracle. I woke up the next day, my face was swelled up. I felt like I had been drinking all night. I've been sober for nearly 12 years and now I have a theory that hangovers are not caused by alcohol, but taco bell. Not sure. I do not recommend taco bell. 2 stars bc the cheese for the nacho fries was really good

I just spent my entire lunch hour asking 3 different employees if they've received my order. I was ignored and told yes eventually only to be told I can go to the app and request a refund because I placed a mobile order. I asked for my food and realized once I got to work barely on time that my order is completely wrong. The manager was rude and could have all been avoided had she actually listened to me.
Went to this TB as we were passing through and did our order through the app. As soon as we hit submit order, the app says oops sorry order didn’t go through, BUT……TB TOOK THEIR MONEY OFF MY CARD!!??!! I mean if order didn’t go through, how did you get your payment?? Will be disputing this with my bank in the morning. Unless you don’t value your money, DON’T GO HERE!!
